Multichannel management system SureDone has integrated with shipping API ShipEngine to provide enhanced shipping features to its users.
ShipEngine's logistics API integration enables SureDone users to build the delivery workflows they need to get orders to their customers in the fastest and most affordable ways possible. SureDone users will have access to a variety of APIs, allowing them to directly integrate with over 30 carriers, check shipping rates, validate delivery addresses, and provide branded, real-time tracking for their customers.

Ecommerce management tool SureDone has integrated SEMA Data Co-Op's (SDC's) database of aftermarket auto parts into its multichannel platform.
Online automotive parts retailers who are members of the SEMA Data Co-Op (SDC) will have a robust solution for access to tens of millions of parts from over 500 different brands and manufacturers along with automated listing, inventory management, order management and drop shipping.

Automotive aftermarket parts retailers who want to list high quality, manufacturer updated data to marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Jet now have access to SDC's immense database with the ability to easily list this data, including extensive information such as detailed descriptions and product fitment. SureDone will convert the ACES fitment data in SDC's database to the eBay fitment format, increasing the value of the content on eBay Motors. Phase Two is expected to include matching UPC values to Amazon ASINs and also eBay category matching.

Using SureDone's advanced automation engine and their numerous partnerships with warehouse distributors, SureDone's users will be able to list products from the SDC database, connect to distributors for the latest inventory levels, consolidate orders into a single interface and then automatically route them for fulfillment using SureDone's drop shipping module.
Ecommerce management tool SureDone has added support for Walmart-owned marketplace Jet.com.

The SureDone Jet.com interface is built on top of SureDone's advanced plug-in architecture, allowing users to leverage their existing investment in data, product information management, inventory control, order consolidation and data automation. In addition, SureDone's API has been extended to allow third party platforms, such as ERP or CRM systems, to fully integrate with the new Jet.com connection.
Jet.com attracts buyers to its platform in numerous ways, including discounts when multiple products are purchased, discounts for opting out of the ability to return products and the JetCash program to incentivize future purchases.

Version 3.0 of marketplace management tool SureDone includes an enhanced order management system.

Among the new features is comprehensive drop shipping support. Orders may be automatically tagged with drop shipping attributes such as distributor name and costs, and purchase orders can be sent to a drop ship provider in a variety of formats. Tracking information can be automatically imported and sent to a marketplace - all without the need for seller interaction.
Other features include the ability to combine multiple orders to reduce shipping costs, order splitting, and support for multiple shipments per order so partial orders can be shipped or multiple destinations can be managed. With support for major shipping carriers, SureDone now prints shipping labels reducing the need for external software. Orders can be created and managed in bulk and SureDone will also support return and refund management shortly.

Ecommerce management tool SureDone is now integrated with Amazon's marketplace in Australia.

Amazon launched their Amazon Australian marketplace in late 2017, started offering Amazon Prime to Australians in June of this year and has an Amazon FBA warehouse near Melbourne, Australia. Due to tax requirements of the Australian government, Amazon.com will not ship products internationally to Australia giving third party sellers an even greater opportunity to increase sales in this country by leveraging the Amazon FBA program – fully supported by SureDone's software.

Membership in the Amazon Marketplace Developer Council gives SureDone a formal environment to provide feedback and recommendations on features that may be made available to businesses that sell on Amazon.
SureDone's listing on the Amazon Marketplace Appstore means that more businesses selling on Amazon will have access to SureDone's listing, inventory management and consolidated order management solutions. The Amazon Marketplace Appstore help businesses that sell on Amazon identify tools that will help them grow and expand their business on the Amazon website.

Ecommerce management tool SureDone has enhanced its UI so sellers can easily connect their listings to eBay's new product catalog.
The update provides support for phase one of eBay's new "product-based shopping" format which was included in the eBay 2018 Spring Seller Update.

eBay's product based shopping experience enables buyers to easily find merchandise that meets their search criteria and quickly decide which products they want to purchase. It consolidates similar listings into a unified view and lets the buyer prioritize what's important to them, such as price, condition or other criteria, making shopping the vast eBay catalog faster and easier. Phase one, released in May, only includes selected brands and products from the eBay catalog.
For sellers, product based shopping will require that listings be made with an identifier unique to each product. SureDone has enhanced its user interface to allow sellers to easily search eBay's catalog for the correct unique identifier and has also updated its bulk system to allow for the inclusion of this unique identifier. This has been further simplified with automatic lookups when a UPC or manufacturer part number has been provided.
Phase Two of the eBay product based shopping experience, expected to be released in August, will expand upon this foundation to include entire categories instead of specific products. eBay will also allow for the addition of new products and allow sellers to suggest edits on existing products. SureDone is already developing these enhancements and will make them available immediately following the eBay phase two rollout.
Marketplace management tool SureDone has added EDI integration with enterprise accounting software such as SAP, Oracle and Microsoft.

Ecommerce management tool SureDone has announced a new integration with warehouse management software SkuVault.
SkuVault is designed to manage products using barcodes, supporting multiple bins, shelves, aisles, zones and warehouses. Quality control is improved by better tracking of items that are damaged or expired, and accurate inventory levels can be maintained.
Marketplace and storefront management tool SureDone had added a new feature for administering multiple user accounts.
SureDone admin users can now create multiple standard user accounts for employees or virtual assistants. They will soon add the ability to customize the features that user accounts have access to.
