Veeqo is a web-based application for omnichannel retailers to manage orders, inventory, shipping and returns from one platform.

Marketplace management tool Veeqo has released a new module for handling customer returns.
Veeqo Returns connects customer service, warehouse and finance teams to a single portal that everyone can use.
Users can create returns, record the reason, easily update stock and issue refunds all from one platform. When a new support ticket comes in, the customer service team can quickly find the order and create a new return request.
Returns are flexible so if a customer only wants to return part of the order, they don't need to send all the items back. When goods arrive at the warehouse, the item can be received against the relevant return request, and notes added about the item's condition.
Products can be quickly added back into sellable stock if the condition is good enough, or written off and discarded. As soon as this happens, the order automatically updates ready for either a refund or replacement.
Finance users can then filter returns to show those ‘Ready for Refund' and the relevant sales channel gets automatically updated with the refund details.
Veeqo Returns is available starting from the High Growth pricing plan.
Ecommerce customer support tool xSellco Helpdesk has integrated with multichannel management system Veeqo.
xSellco customers who also use Veeqo can now open any Veeqo support ticket in their xSellco dashboard. Users can also view order details from Veeqo, and add internal notes which can then be viewed in both xSellco and Veeqo.
Marketplace management tool Veeqo has added the ability to bulk print up to 100 shipping labels in one go with any Veeqo integrated courier.
The bulk shipping feature not only prints shipping labels, but also sends dispatch confirmation emails and courier tracking links, and updates inventory across all sales channels.
Laser printer users can use Veeqo to generate integrated invoices and labels.
Multichannel management system Veeqo has created a new marketplace for apps that run on its platform.
The Veeqo Marketplace allows ecommerce software developers to build tools that easily integrate with the software. At launch, the Marketplace has 12 apps including ones from xSellco and Lokad, covering categories such as marketing, sales, customer service, accounting and social media.
Anybody can browse the Marketplace to see what apps and tools are currently available. Veeqo users can click a button to install and configure apps of their choice.
Developers can easily sign up to develop apps for Veeqo and have access to a developer forum to resolve problems with the Veeqo Developer community.
Marketplace management tool Veeqo has announced a new hardware scanner for use in ecommerce fulfillment warehouses.
The "VS1" scanner promises to provide Amazon-style logistics capabilities for retail businesses of all sizes. The scanner is directly linked to software that lets online retailers manage a high volume of ecommerce orders from multiple sales channels and marketplaces, bringing enterprise-level warehouse operations at a fraction of the cost.
The device was developed after Veeqo CEO, Matt Warren, experienced how difficult it was picking and shipping orders while operating his own ecommerce business, Jura Watches. Jura turned over £60m selling luxury watches online and Matt wanted to do something to make simplified high level warehouse systems accessible to retail businesses of all sizes.
The VS1 Scanner is built around three core functions to help make retailers run as efficient a warehouse operation as possible:
- Booking in stock
- Accurate order picking
- Faster, paperless stock taking
The scanner has a battery that lasts for 10 hours of constant scanning, is fully charged within 3 hours, automatically updates with new features and fixes, has a pistol-style scan button, and offers free replacement if it breaks from non-accidental damage.

Marketplace management tool Veeqo can now update pricing on Amazon, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce and BigCommerce.
The new "master of price" feature means all price updates can be done directly in Veeqo. Sellers can choose which specific channels Veeqo should control pricing for.

UK parcel delivery company ParcelBright, acquired by Veeqo in March this year, has been relaunched.
ParcelBright remains a standalone entity but is now integrated with Veeqo's software, providing Veeqo customers access to cheaper shipping rates and a wider range of couriers.
ParcelBright has established relationships with some of the industry's best-known logistics companies, including DHL, DX and UKMail. ParcelBright customers can select a shipping provider on a "per-order" basis, granting them more flexibility and cost savings.

From within Veeqo sellers can now track FBA and FBM orders, view stock of FBA and FBM products separately, and filter reports by Amazon FBA and FBM.
Veeqo has also integrated with Zapier, an integration platform which connects hundreds of services including MailChimp, Zendesk and Twitter.
One example of what Veeqo and Zapier can do once connected, is automatically add customers to a MailChimp list after they've placed an order in Veeqo.
