Description

ZonSupport are a team of native English speakers from the U.S. and U.K. providing an outsourced customer support service to Amazon sellers.

They can respond to customer messages, manage product issues and replacements, contact customers to find the reason for returns, respond to 1, 2 and 3-star reviews, apply for seller feedback removal, monitor ASINs for issues such as review deletions, help remove listing hijackers and more.
