Highly Recommend AgilIron

What where the positives?

Seamless integration with Quickbooks, Shipstion, RingCentral, Amazon, BigCommerce and our webstore on AgilIron. Great support, we were ready with templates with images and all other information and migration was smooth.

Any negatives?

Some initial learning, but was able to do it without any IT employee or contractor.

I have been using Agiliron now for 5 years and am extremely satisfied with every aspect of the company. I just signed up for another Enterprise Edition for our new wholesale business. This system has helped us tremendously with setting up a new B2B webstore in 2018, it seamlessly integrates with our website, which is also on their platform, Quickbooks, ShipStation and Ring Central. We maintain our over 6000 SKU inventory in two separate locations and sell on three channels, POS in trade shows, Web store and back office. We migrated from Sage300 which went without any issue thanks to the great support from the team, Parry at onboarding was very patient and helpful with us during the learning period and since. We needed some modifications which the Engineering took care of for us. Great company and wonderful people

What where the positives?

Has quite a learning curve to get used to its complex system, but it is well worth it in the end.

We settled on Agiliron after reviewing more than 14 alternative multi channel inventory software Despite the negatives above, agiliron offers substantially more in features and integration that competitors. Somewhat steep learning curve, but onboarding are very good with queries and help The channel integrations are solid and extensive, which allows Agiliron to be used as master source for all products and data. The cloud based hosting is reliable and relatively fast.

Excellent Software

What where the positives?

I’m a QuickBooks user have been using the POS and Enterprise for 14years, but my business grew and was looking for a software that will fit my business. We did a lot of research, and we came across Agiliron, did the 30-day free trial. Found out that Agiliron was very easy to use, has the features that I was looking for and is at an affordable price. Have been using Agiliron for more than year, works perfect and the best part is that it has a great support team that resolve your situation as soon as possible.

Any negatives?

Only downsize is not their certain features that need upgrading but like any other software upgrading is needed.

Excellent Customer Service and Great Potential

What where the positives?

Overall, Agiliron is easy to use and offers many facets of use. After over a year of using the service, I am discovering there are more and more features I could be - and could have been - using all along. I am sure I will continue to discover more features as I work with our new customer representative who has been recently assigned to our account. Parry has been excellent in educating me and going above and beyond to help me with what I need Agiliron to do for me.

Any negatives?

Although I did not help set up this product and I was not involved with integration, we have used Agiliron since the start of opening our retail store over a year ago. One thing I have found to be difficult with Agiliron is physical inventory. We have only done physical inventory once, and while we were trained, the process was clunky and inventory was not recorded correctly.

Summary

Like any in-depth software, it takes a while to learn the ins and outs of Agiliron, especially if you are new to software like this. There are many features that are, and can be, available to you so communication is key to using Agiliron efficiently. While Agiliron does have a help center with tutorials, I have found the most helpful to be our customer representative who has been very responsive and incredibly helpful. While I do not find Agiliron to be very intuitive as far as user interface goes, overall, Agiliron offers a lot of tools and their customer service is wonderful.

Get this software for you small wholesale business or a retail store

What where the positives?

From the very beginning every team member from agiliron has been very good and informative. We were trained so well with the software that any average user can also take maximum advantage of the software. The fact that the whole system is on the cloud makes is a very big advantage to me, I can access the system from anywhere and make invoices on the go. I can easily add/remove a product, edit price of a product, create purchase orders, send emails to vendors, customers from my ipad or phone too. The engineering team works hard to get updates to the software and help fix any bugs too. They have a Business Intelligence reporting section that helps me slice and dice my data any way I want and general informative reports for building the business or regulatory government reporting.

Any negatives?

Sometime there are bugs here and there, I report that and they are resolved within a few hours.

Summary

I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to be way from the hassle to managing their system the old school way

Incredible software!

What where the positives?

We have been working with Agiliron for a number of years and could not be happier. We have been in business over 45 years and have had a hard time finding a company that is not only personable, but efficient as well.

We have not been able to find any negatives in the years we have been using the program because if something comes up they will write a program for us!

Summary

Most companies we find, wanted to sell you their system then basically forget about you. Frankly, we are a small company and I know they must have bigger clients but they always make us feel like we are very important and go out of their way to help us. I find it amazing, and refreshing, in today's business atmosphere that their are still companies like Agiliron with old fashioned values and the willingness to see us succeed.

Having used a competitor's product in the past with average to poor performance, I did a LOT of research before switching to Agiliron. I have been using Agiliron now for several months and am extremely satisfied with every facet of the company. Integration with my website, Quickbooks, and soon-to-be Amazon was simple and fast. Equally impressive is the responsiveness and support I received throughout the set-up process including setting up my products, creating custom templates and custom reports. Engineering was even able to modify their system to accommodate a feature I needed that previously did not exist. Great company and great people to work with.

SWITCHED FROM QUICKBOOKS ENTERPRISE TO AGILIRON

What where the positives?

(1) Best value for the money. (2) Onboarding process is great. (3) Staff training is great. (4) Centrally managed inventory for multiple stores/warehouses and multiple sales channels. (5) Inventory includes ability to enter SEO information and product images (used with B2C/B2B/POS channels), maintain multiple vendors for each product, and several other features which we have yet to implement. (6) CRM is good. (7) Ability to perform bulk updates is great. (8) Moving to Agiliron allowed us to standardize our inventory throughout the organization.

Any negatives?

(1) Learning curve is steep. We have leaned heavily on Onboarding team. (2) Product requires multiple steps to perform the same tasks compared to QuickBooks. (3) Agiliron interface is not very intuitive. Its focus is on looking up information versus creating new transactions or list items. (4) Support is slow to respond to requests outside of the simple. (5) The online Learning Center does not give good directions in the How-To sections. (6) CRM side does not allow creation of Quotes for Leads and Prospects, only Customers. (7) Built-in reports are lacking, and common reports are missing (e.g., Customer A/R Aging Report, Product Margin Report). (8) Payment Terms do not do anything. They are just another list item. If a customer has terms of 1% 10 Net 30 and they pay within the 10-day discount window, Agiliron will just treat the payment as being short, leaving a balance due. You must reopen the original invoice and enter the discount manually, line-by-line, for each product before you post the customer payment. This is not efficient and is time-consuming. (9) QuickBooks Desktop is not updated for each change to an order. Sales are not posted until the sale is paid in full. If you change the point upon which the import occurs, you will have issues in Agiliron. We have been told that Agiliron integrates better with QuickBooks Online. This should not be the case if you advertise that your software integrates with both online and desktop versions.

Summary

We have 2 retail stores, each in a different city. Since 2010, each store used QuickBooks Enterprise with Advanced Inventory. Both stores carry the same inventory items, although some may come from different vendors. Each store used its own QBES company file and maintained its own inventory which meant we had several issues with inventory (multiple SKUs for the same items, sales prices differed between stores, units of measure were different). The stores could not see what was in each other’s inventory. Our inventory has approximately 8,000+ SKUs, with half of that inventory being matrix items. We also needed a more robust B2B online ordering solution for our regular customers, along with a way to centrally manage inventory among all sales channels. We looked at several 3rd party solutions and finally decided on Agiliron.

Easy to Use ERP system

What where the positives?

The biggest pro for my company was that the software is extremely easy to use. This has helped drastically with training staff and getting them onboard.

Any negatives?

I cannot list any negatives as the onboarding team has fixed any issues I've had. We've been using the software for about 3 months now.

Wish we had switched earlier

What where the positives?

This product has streamlined our processes. There is essentially nothing that we do that hasn't been made better or faster since switching to Agiliron. We have been thrilled with Agiliron, and had we known how easy it is to use, we would have implemented it a long time ago.

Any negatives?

There were some bugs to be worked out with how products were being mapped on our website, but this was worked out quickly with the onboarding team.

What where the positives?

Agiliron delivers the tools to get the job done right across many channels. It we need a new tool, they were on it quickly. If there were we any questions or troubles, they are there to answer or fix them quickly. This tool has done a great job to improve our ordering system and management.

Agiliron's B2B website features have helped us streamline our order processes. Our customers now have the ability to place orders online and the orders appear in our back office ready to go. It has almost eliminated manual entry for us. We can estimate freight costs ahead of time based on our standardized shipping methods. Connects with quickbooks and ShipStation easily. This has helped our accounting and production departments process orders and AP and AR easier than our previous system.

Any negatives?

A more modern look would be nice. Product category structure and manipulation can be improved as well. Also, assembly builds could be easier to use by direct item entry of item numbers.

Agiliron has allowed us to grow our business on multiple Channels. But the best part is how open to adjusting the product to fit our needs Agiliron is. Early on we had some implementation issues. However, as our familiarity with the product increased and our relationship with the Agiliron team increased all dislikes and issues no longer exist. What we use it for We use AI for our Inventory management, syncing products to multiple channels, and our brick and mortar POS system.

What where the positives?

The product is great I must say that coming from AX and AS400 this is a walk in the Park on the retail side of things. The customization are amazing and the support team answers questions easily right away. I had a really great experience working with Agiliron throughout the entire sales process. They were extremely helpful with all of my questions, and I had a lot of them! Graham was very patient and always available to answer my questions (even on weekends when he wasnt working he was replying to my emails quickly). There are many reasons why I chose this software and the excellent service certainly was one of them. This software offers a lot of great functionality for the user and once you get the hang of it, its quite easy to use. We look forward to working with the Agiliron team, as everyone I have spoken to has been very helpful and pleasant. Missing some features at POS that could be helpful (more info on customer, bigger buttons for poor eye sight users, loyalty points) but overall it has everything we need

Summary

Agiliron has helped our business grow dramatically, and consolidate our operations across many different vendors and sales channels. From regular eCommerce shipments, to vendor fulfillment, wholesalers, and even 3PLs we can keep all our orders and inventory data in one place which lets us manage many different relationships with comparatively small staff. The complexity of what Agiliron can do is generally intimidating to new staff and it can take a while to get them acquainted with the system, but once they understand it runs very efficiently and their customer service is very responsive when issues or questions arise.

we've been using agiliron for a number of years now. Simply put, Agiliron is a great tool for managing our inventory and I've recommended Agiliron to several other people. We also use it for reporting/tracking our sales numbers and as a CRM for keeping track of our customers. The support team has been great anytime we need something they're response and helpful. We are also very happy with how well Agiliron integrates with Quickbooks online. It makes it very easy to run our day-to-operations and get access to easy reporting.

Agiliron has helped my small business store with sales

What where the positives?

The customer support at Agiliron has been fantastic. I am not a computer systems expert by any means and the staff at Agiliron has helped me whenever I've had a question/problem. I work in a school store and we implemented Agiliron two years ago to help with inventory and to get a website up and running. Agiliron has done everything I expected. There are many more features that it offers that I have not had time to use. Besides hosting our website for us, (which is the primary reason we picked Agiliron), the system keeps inventory. It is great when someone purchases a product online. The inventory is automatically updated. I have a brick and mortar store as well as an online store. We are not using Agiliron check out in the brick and mortar store YET, so I have to go in an manually update the inventory for in store purchases. That has been easy to do.

The set up team originally uploaded inventory, descriptions, and images of our products. Now when we have a new product I make the additions myself. While it is relatively simple (if you do it often), there are many steps depending on the product type, and I do sometimes run into problems (b/c a step is skipped). Once I reach out to the help center at Agiliron they typically solve my problems very quickly.

Before using Agiliron, our in house system did not have "live" inventory nor did it connect with our 3rd party platforms. Horrible Program

What where the positives?

Honestly, the only good thing about this program is that it is easy to use... but don't let that be your deciding factor. The rest of this program works horrible, and overall just sucks.

Any negatives?

They could have made literally everything better. Inventory to our 6 stores was always messed up, we kept selling things we didnt have, but for some reason Agiliron just wouldnt communicate that with the stores. We spent more time hating this program than liking it. It took us a while to find a program that WORKED, but when we did we had no hesitation to cut Agiliron off. They wasted our time, money and effort.

Summary

Support is awful, half the people don't speak great english, e-mail is a hit or miss, sometimes you get emailed right away, other times it can take days. It is ridiculous. We asked them to downgrade our plan, because we no longer needed the highest one, and wanted to go back to the lowest one. IT TOOK OVER A WEEK FOR THEM TO DO THIS. PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER AGILIRON AS AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY, This program could really destroy your company if you are not careful enough. Find a different option, dont let them tell you all these promises, and then find out they are empty promises.

Agiliron is FULL of "features" that DON'T WORK.

What where the positives?

VERY LITTLE. They promise you the world with a HUGE list of features. They predicted we'd be up and running in three months, 4-5 at most. It took 17 MONTHS to integrate Agiliron with Magento. Now our top-flight web development contractor has spent an additional seven months fixing issues. Functions stop working all the time. This. Software. SUCKS.

Any negatives?

Everything could have been better. All of it. Speed of install, number of issues, and maybe Agiliron could admit that some parts aren't fully developed...but no, they just "send it up to engineering."

Summary

The support is terrible. Some nights they answer emails quickly; at other times, their team is busy (by their own admission) working on new features, and they take six days to even acknowledge and email. It would be FAR better if they would FIX the functions that already exist, rather than make up new ones.
