Yes, be upfront about the actual cost and give me the actual reviewers for the product I searched.

I purchased AMZDiscover for a very nominal cost of $9.00. There was nowhere on the site that stated the cost for the contact information for an individual reviewer is10 coins? That was the first issue. The site needs to be very clear on the actual cost.
The second issue was when I did purchase the contact information of a reviewer, I could not find that reviewer on the product I used in my search. I looked for several of the reviewers and none of them showed a review for what I was searching for.
When I went to each reviewers page, they don't read books in the genre I searched in which their name came up as a reviewer.
So I wasted money on people who don't read the type of books I'm seeking reviews from.
I can't find a way to reach AMZDiscover for support.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused to you.
First, it states on each plan how many reviewers' info you will get after paying. Also, before your payment, there is one FAQ which states'' each contact info cost 10 coins. You may have missed some information on the website.
Second, there is a support email at the bottom of each page on the AMZDiscover website and please don't hesitate to contact us by support@amzdiscover.com!
Last, the reviewers' info were being searched from the listing URLs that you input. We are sorry that we were not sure about your issue yet without checking.
