What were the positives?
One of the worst documented parts of the most poorly documented website. Shouldn't be one star but I can't leave 0.
Any negatives?
Yes. eBay should rewrite every piece of documentation they have, check it thoroughly, then delete all of the old, irrelevant and conflicting rubbish which currently litters their website.
Overall
Non existent. The PIN often expires before the call is answered. No live chat. Useless email support.
