Very Bad Experience
Hidden fees, hidden fees, hidden fees.
Do not send them anything unless you sign a contract. They will increase the price significantly after receipt. Terrible communication along with this.
I wasn't charged at all for a long time and then I was charged 3 months in one invoice for double the cost each month. They also will not let you bundle task together meaning if anything falls under the order minimum they'll automatically increase your invoice to the minimum instead of putting things you're doing at the same time together.
Do not trust this company. I lost a significant amount of money and time to them.

I did hours of research before choosing a prep facility for my Amazon business and eFulfillment Pro came out on top. Their prices are very reasonable when compared to other facilities and they adhere to the high standards I set for my business. They continuously work to improve their processes and really believe in the six sigma philosophy. Above all, they understand how passionate I am about my business and are willing to work with me to grow it. I have moved thousands of units through their warehouse without a single issue. I wouldn’t look anywhere else if I had to do it all over again.
