Horrible.
What were the positives?
The online version produces a barely-passable envelope when it works.
Any negatives?
I was with Endicia before Stamps.com bought them. They were troublesome then, but worse now. It's about 50/50 whether my account can be validated. Customer service is extremely poor. Long waits, staff not knowledgeable.
The envelopes and labels are not professional looking.
Overall
Using Endicia is the worst part of my day. All I want is an envelope with a stamp on it. What I usually get is about 2 hours of frustration.

They FORCE you to use Stamps.com which has NO Mac version. I can't connect to my USB scale anymore but must replace it with a Stamps.com scale.
Endicia was a formerly good solution for small offices until they were bought by Stamps.com

What were the positives?
Formerly a good company to work with. We were with them for 10+ years.
Any negatives?
We have been with Endicia since 2010. No previous problems. About a month ago I had $75.00 left in my account but it gave me an error and said there were not enough funds to print a $10.00 shipping label. I added $400.00 to my account and instead of $475.00, it told me I now had $390.00. On 7/31/20, I had $215.34 in account and printed $10.45 shipping label and new balance after printing label was $138.77. I have now checked running balances. Today, I had $306.46 in account. Printed a $10.45 label and the new balance remaining in account was $195.90. I have called customer service 4 times in the last week and have spent more than 6 hours on hold, and have yet to reach anyone. I have left voice mails, sent emails and they simply will not get back to me. My next course of action is the BBB or Attorney general.

Their customer support is SO Horrible it may actually be worse than Non Existent. You will sit on hold for Hours while being ignored. They have to be hemorrhaging customers because you cannot survive treating customers like they do. Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can.

What were the positives?
The software they had was great. Then they decided to change things up and it is a disaster.
Any negatives?
I closed my account which had nearly a $200 credit balance and they have promised a refund but have not honored it. They told me within 6 weeks I would receive it, I waited 8 weeks, then contacted them again. They gave me the run around so I submitted a complaint on BBB, I was promised that they sent a check and now over a week later, there is still no reimbursement.
Overall
Avoid them ... if you don't believe me or disagree with me, read their ratings by hundreds of people online and check out the Better Business Bureau. While they have a good rating READ THE REVIEWS. It is very telling.

Buggy software that no one can fix since Stamps took over
Overall
I started with Endicia in 2004 and have since printed $184,376.53 worth of postage. Since stamps.com bought them in 2015 it has been downhill ever since. NOTHING can describe their poor tech support and software now that stamps took over. Funny enough, I left Stamps.com in 2004 exactly because of those same issues. I cannot state it strongly enough STAY AWAY, and if you're with them now you will be finding something else soon.
