    I LOVE using FeedbackExpress!

    I was a bit sceptical about how FeedbackExpress would help my business but after asking a few questions on the Live Chat, the team really convinced me to try the software and see for myself.

    BEST DECISION EVER!! The 30 days free trial is super, it really showed me how good the service is and I received a lot of new product reviews and seller feedbacks since!!

    I had no issues during the free trial but I knew I would get an answer almost right away if I had any question or anything. The support team is great, really the best I’ve seen!

    I should have started using FeedbackExpress a long time ago, it’s really a huge help for my business and I’m very very happy with it!

    Great software and multi language support

    What were the positives?

    I've only been using it for 2 months at the moment but the setup was super easy (probably the easiest setup I've done for online software actually). I love the fact that they have templates in all the major languages so I'm able to ask for feedback on my German, Spanish and Italian Amazon sales as well as my Uk sales. I can even translate the feedbacks I get into English to see what European buyers are saying about my service.

    Any negatives?

    I would really love it if I could auto-insert a product image and a shorter product name as I've read that that can help more people respond, but Feedback Express have told me this feature is coming in the next month or two so I'm stoked about that. I think product review tracking is coming too but not 100% sure.

    Overall

    Honestly, their support is amazing. Marie is so kind and helpful and gladly checked over my campaigns and even my Amazon store and products to make sure I was sending the right type of emails. I love the fact that she's really honest about the fact that getting more feedback takes time, but that she's willing to help me along the way.

    Great service. Great company. If you don't end up using Feedback Express you'll learn a ton about how to ask for more seller feedback and product reviews during their generous 30 day trial.

    Increase in Feedback and Product Reviews

    What were the positives?

    FeedbackExpress is easy to set up and get going and has a very good UI which is simple to navigate around.

    Since starting to use FeedbackExpress my Feedback has gone from 30 per week to almost 70 so a nice increase and product reviews are on the up too 🙂

    The price is very good value for money for what it does and saves me a lot of time having to no longer manually message customers asking for feedback and product reviews.

    Overall

    The support team were excellent providing live chat during the setup and assisted me with tweaking my campaigns to include images in my messages to the customer for private label products.

    Great Feedback Tool

    What were the positives?

    Feedbackexpress tool has managed our basic requirements as expected. It is easy to use and cost effective tool to manage feedbacks. Dashboard and trader facilities are great. It tracks all the activities and sends reminder promptly.

    Any negatives?

    As we have stores on Amazon and Ebay, would like to have feedback management for Ebay too.

    Never had requirement to contact support as tool is easy to use.

    Outstanding Feedback Request Company That Actually WORKS!!

    Our company Rocky Mountain BioAg tried a free 30-day trial offered by Feedback Express for our Amazon store. After a very easy and user friendly setup process we immediately started receiving seller feedback reviews for our company! After the 30-day trial period expired immediately our reviews stopped. After seeing the proven results which Feedback Express provided and the benefits our company received from having these seller reviews we decided to purchase their service and have been greatly benefiting ever since.     Certainly worth the money.

    For us the decision was made because FeedbackExpress provides a simple solution to a difficult problem. Without using software like FeedbackExpress, it's nearly impossible to receive adequate seller feedback. Even for moderately sized companies like us, it's important to have a constant flow of positive feedback to offset the inevitable negative feedback from the customers you simply cannot please. Our trial results were solid and I was able to use the information from the trial to push my senior management to approve the paid plan.

    So far, you're doing everything right. I'm sure there is something I'll come across that could be better, but as of now you've got an A+ from me.

    Great service and great guys

    What were the positives?

    Feedback Express provide a vital service for Amazon sellers. They help automate follow up emails and alert sellers of any negative feedback or product review.

    This is excellent, as it would be next to impossible to have to do this manually.

    Any negatives?

    Like any large business, Amazon is constantly changing and updating it’s policies towards it’s buyers and sellers. As sellers and service providers, it is essential that we keep abreast of these changes and adapt to stay ahead of the game.

    Amazon now has a policy whereby Amazon buyers can choose to opt out of receiving followup messages from sellers. This means that currently, over 30% of my messages are not getting through to my customers, as they have opted out.

    There are two ways of looking at this:
    1: so the remaining 70% customers are those that have chosen not to opt out of seller messages which implies that they are more likely to respond to our emails, of engaging, and ultimately leaving a positive review.
    2: The majority of the remaining 70% customers who have not yet opted out are those who are not aware that they can opt out, or have not yet got around to doing so and that this number is likely to drastically decline over time.

    While we can hope that number 1 above is more likely, as business people, we need to prepare for the number 2 scenario. For Feedback Express, this means diversifying it’s offerings. I personally would recommend that they consider providing listing optimisation and other services to their customers – or alternatively, a service whereby they can help customers keep track of their income and expensis. Both these services already exist in other places, but this should not come in the way of Feebdack Express, as they have a existing set of loyal customers who would most likely want to keep things in one place and so would rather choose Feedback Express over a new entity for these new services. Alternatively, they might want to consider expanding existing services to new platforms like ebay etc.
    much can be done, so naturally, they would be advised to carry out due diligence and conduct surveys before choosing a direction.

    Overall

    Feedback Express have great customer service, which is the single reason I have always resisted trying any alternative.
    Marie, Jonathan and their colleagues are all super helpful and willing to go out of their way to help. I am so grateful that there is this one aspect of Amazon selling that I can setup and forget as this allows me to concentrate on other areas of business.

    Great Service

    The service is great and whenever I have a question I always get a quick response. Since I have used feeback express my sales have increased about 15%. Feedback express is easy to use and the results can be seen in a few months. I have recommended them to my friends who have started to sell on Amazon as it saves you time and will make you money. I can concentrate on sourcing new products.

    It took 20 minutes to set up and does take some getting used to but once you know your way around its very easy.

    Okay, but can be a hassle.

    For the past 11 moths it has been worth while. However amazon have now implemented an opt-out feature for buyers. Meaning those who opt-out do not received the emails sent via feedback express. Currently 1/3rd of my messages aren't getting through to my buyers and i'm concerned this will only increase as people become aware of the opt-out feature in the coming 12 months. So basically i'm not getting the serviced i paid for (Amazons fault not feedback express admittedly). Therefore i will not be renewing with feedback express.

    UPDATE:They have now alleviated my concerns
    UPDATE: They promised me a 33% recurring discount, only a few months down the line, they have now withdrew the discount. Avoid - not worth the hassle.
    UPDATE: ~They have now reinstated my discount and i was told it was removed in error. Still leaving 3 stars due to the hassle.

    Game changer for competitiveness

    Feedback express for the price you pay per month is a game changer in making you as a seller much more competitive, therefore resulting in more sales. its very easy to use and it doesn't take long at all to learn the ins and outs of the website.

    The only thing I could think of improving is more templates for ease of use

    Support is always top notch and every time I have contacted them they have been rapid and thorough with response in getting not only issues sorted but in helping me around the app.

    Great Bit Of Software

    Okay, if you have the time you could do what this software does, email your customers and ask them to leave you feedback either as a seller or for a product review. Why waste your time though ?

    Set up takes around five minutes and after that you can virtually forget it and do more important stuff instead.

    Sellers that I deal with that use this software have reported seller feedback increase from 3% or 4% of sales to around 25% or more. Increased feedback often leads to more sales.

    If you have your own product then using this software to ask for product reviews can help increase the visibility of your product in search results.

    Definitely a time saver with additional benefits. Well worth the money.

    First Class Service and Expertise

    Well what can I say, feedbackexpress are amazing, I signed up for their 30 day free trial and within a couple of weeks my Amazon reviews have instantly increased and so have my sales. I sell greeting cards online and I was struggling on improving sales and reviews but with feedbackexpress' superb help and support, things are now positively changing.     Great software for generating reviews

    FeedbackExpress is a great software that will help you improve the quality of your review request emails and it will increase the number of reviews you will eventually generate. Since we started using FeedbackExpress, we have seen a big increase of reviews. You can choose your own templates and adjust if needed. Templates are in all languages available. If you have any questions regarding something, you can always contact the team from FeebackExpress to get a fast and sufficient answer that will help you further.

    Really works well

    I find that people are more likely to leave feedback if they have something bad to say, everyone likes to moan but not many think to praise.

    Your feedback prompts are great and we`ve had some of the free trial and it`s proven it works, so the price is really reasonable to sign up and stay with the programme.

    If a company is good enough to offer a trial and give you support the least you can do is support them back. I would recommend them for all people selling on all platforms, it's been great for us

    Hey! Just wanted to write to tell you your company is awesome! We have sold like 600 items (shoes) over 4 months. We only had 4 feedback, including ZERO in the last two months!     Easy to use and very effective, a definite help to sales.

    As a relatively new, small-scale seller on Amazon, I found getting feedback getting feedback from my customers very difficult until I started using Feedback Express. Since then my feedback has been steadily growing and I finally feel like I am starting to make a mark on the Marketplace.

    Just like its sister product Repricer Express, Feedback Express was very easy to set up and work with, and the team were a great help if I had any problems. The GUI is accessible and informative and the feedback automation rules are easy to understand, easy to customise and very effective.

    I'm looking forward to seeing how Feedback Express grows, and seeing how it helps my business grow!

    If you want more Amazon reviews this is the app you need!

    I have been using Feedback Express for a few months now and getting outstanding results. Before I used Feedback Express I tried a number of competitor apps and they were all useless. Feedback Express on the other hand does exactly as it says on the can and does it in a very user friendly manner. They are also 100% Amazon compliant so you can rest assured this will improve your ratings not destroy them! Also I have been keen to add new markets and grow and the team at Feedback Express, especially Seamus have been brilliant at helping me to add markets and correctly optimise my communications to customers. I can honestly thoroughly recommend these guys.

    Bringing in Sales

    I have a small shop that does a decent amount of business on Amazon. We were losing opportunities to convert those sales into reviews, thus improving our listings. I have tried more than a couple of review sites but was not pleased with service and results.

    FeedbackExpress has given me both of the items I need. Results and Service.
    1. Service. I can't stand having to figure out someone else's platform before I can get it to work. FeedbackExpress setup was simple. I was up and running quickly. If I had a question, support was available quickly. Fantastic Service!

    2. Results. What can I say. My feedback percentage is at 14% !! No joke, numbers do not lie. That means 14% of the people that buy from me have given me a 5 star review. WOW!! When I was doing it I was at 2%.

    The last thing I would like to mention is when my trial was over, I contacted Feedback Express to make sure I was getting all the value of my account with them. I was contacted directly, had my account reviewed, and was offered great tips not only with my FeedbackExpress account, but also with my Amazon account.

    As I am writing this, I am overrun with orders. Folks will quote reviews back to me and say, "I want one like this!" FeedbackExpress has been a joy to work with and I am so pleased with the results.

    Amazon Metric Changers.

    I have only been using feedback express for a couple of months but already i have seen a huge leap in the number of feedback recieved on amazon, so much so that it has made a improved difference to my metrics which, of course, translates to more sales to the point that it has paid for a years use in just a couple of weeks. on amazon every feedback counts and in my opinion is priceless, much the same as the service from feedback express.
    they are not so much trading partners as trading friends. 😀

    Significant increase in number of feedbacks

    I thought I would give you a quick email regarding feedback express. I was a little sceptical when I first started but I can genuinely say that I have been extremely pleased with the results. My feedback scores are now much higher than usual and particularly as we have been focusing on ebay during the last month or so I have been very pleased. I have summarised the key benefits below ;
    1) Definite increase in the number of feedbacks
    2) Like that we get emails from customers who wouldn't normally have emailed us with small issues which can be rectified easily helping to improve customer service
    3) Like the alert when negative feedback comes in. I would tend to look at this every couple of days but now can deal with it immediately
    4) Simple and easy to use

    Really great product

    What were the positives?

    If you use amazon at all as a seller feedback is critical to inspire trust and show you can deal with issues customers have, it is great to have a text alert system so as soon as a negative review or feedback happens you can reply and get onto helping the customer instantly, something critical and really good and not found in feedback five who provided us our previous service. Also cheaper to boot which helps:)

    Easy to use, significant increase in feedback.

    I've been using Feedback Express for over a month and saw an immediate doubling of feedback received. Very easy to use and setup, with excellent support from the customer service team. Plenty of additional features for more customised e-mail campaigns that I haven't even got round to using.

    Probably not too useful for smaller sellers, but if you receive more than a handful of fb comments a day it's an easy way to increase this significantly and keep in touch with buyers.

    Overall if you're looking to increase feedback or mass-mail customers, it's a user friendly, feature rich tool that does a simple job with little fuss.
