    What were the positives?

    Scott is a professional and has always made me feel like I was a priority and not just another client. It was nice to finally come across someone who actually knew what they were doing and not trying to get an education on my dime. There are too many people out there who purport to be "experts" in their field and are absolutely clueless. That is not the case with Scott by any means. In fact he knows quite a bit about a lot of things that all e-business owners should know.

    I don't normally write reviews for anyone but felt compelled to write one here because of how impressed I was.

    Any negatives?

    Nothing that I can think of right now.

    Excellent service with ASIN reinstatement

    Scott assisted me with getting an ASIN reinstated that was blocked due to an inauthentic claim. He is very knowledgeable on the proper way to communicate with Seller Performance and is great to work with.

    He also has helped me with negative feedback removal and is a great source of information in regards to maintaining your Amazon account health. The rules seem to be constantly changing at Amazon and it's nice to have someone on your side who knows the ins and outs of Amazon's seller metrics.

    I highly recommend his services.

    What were the positives?

    Scott was patient, attentive and very in depth with his analysis of my selling account.

    Any negatives?

    If Scott could write a book or provide info that can be read after the consultation it would really help reinforce the information.


    The support was excellent, the information was cutting edge and really helped clarify some myths as well taught things previously unknown.

    I've used Feedbackrepair for both an account health analysis as well as for feedback removal. Both are worth every penny.

    Scott is a master at what he does. No wonder everyone in the industry knows him. I have had the privilege of working with him for a few months now and he is the ultimate pro. He knows Amazon like the back of his hand and could not be a nicer guy. Strongly recommend Feedback repair. He is also on skype all the time, no joke! Very easy to contact and to talk to. I have sent numerous people I know to him and they all have very similar things to say. AMAZON EXPERT is an understatement. Excellent.

    This is an outstanding service!

    I've used Feedback Repair on several occasions and found it to be an outstanding service that was well worth the money. They are quick and easy to deal with, and have a excellent understanding of how the folks at Amazon think.
    Could I do this myself? Well maybe; but besides not being a good use of my time, I don't have the same "way with words" and would waste days going back and forth with Amazon, getting more frustrated with each exchange.
    How do I know? I used to do it all myself and Feedback Repair came in and quickly had feedback removed, that I had been unable to.
    Believe me, you have better things to do in your business than argue over feedback with Amazon. Do yourself a favor and try Feedback Repair.

    Five star service, highly recommend.

    I have used them several times to clean up my feedback. They had fast, friendly service, and took my feedback ranking from 95% to 100%. I a lot of negative and neutrals that were not our fault at all and feedbackrepair took care of them,, I definitely saw an increase in sales as a result. I used their consulting services as well, and they helped me fix a product listing that wasnt getting traffic. I learned several things that I never thought of, and was very satisfied, well worth it. I hear about suspensions and blacklisting happening all the time, and heaven forbid it happens to me, I at least know I have a place I can reach out for help instead of dealing with the blackhole that is marketplace customer service by myself..
