Terrible and outright rude customer support. I purchased the software and ending up selecting a recurring plan and never used it. After being charged multiple times I asked them to cancel and only refund the last mont despite never using it all. They refused to refund. Stay away. There are many softwares out there which do the same for much less. Poor value for money Confusing interface makes it difficult to cancel plans. Support that is not only unhelpful but also rude. Some of their features may violate Amazon TOS which is another reason I was reluctant to use their service.

To be honest, I had a few issues with them at first but honestly their overall customer service and desire to truly help me make more money on my already existing sellers account rules!

The titling, I didn’t fully understand what I was signing up for because I didn’t pay attention to details, but after I spoke with Eric at customer service, I realized I did not pay attention, and noticed a great increase almost immediately.

They send e-mails, but... I subscribed for $7/month for 100 e-mails starter plan but been extra charged $146 for e-mails exceeded number included in plan. I could not receive my money back! I contacted them telling that it is not that i agreed to pay for. They responded that they already sent those e-mails and they will not refund me. This is ridiculous. Why then the payment plans exist if they going overcharge? If you subscribe this service - you need to check every time if number of e-mails did not go over your subscribed plan, otherwise you will be extra charged
