Best platform for online sellers
What where the positives?
Multiorders so far is the top 1 out of the ones I used. They do not have an overcrowded dashboard contrary to most of the competitors. The subscription price is one of the lowest in the market and their integration with carries is a top notch. So far Multiorders are the only platform that creates ETD when shipping to the US from Europe which means no commercial invoice and only one sticker hile other platforms create a bunch of paperwork. I wish I could give 6 stars out of 5 for their support. Guys usually respond in the blink of the eye and they are super helpful. They will become number 1 eventually I am sure.
Any negatives?
No.

An absolute MESS of a buggy and poorly formatted site.
What where the positives?
I was able to see all of my orders from eBay, Etsy, and Bonanza. That's about it.
Any negatives?
So I gave Multiorders.com a try with the14 day trial. What an absolute MESS of a site. I can imagine it's got a seriously complicated backend with dozens of APIs for carriers and marketplaces, but damn it is buggy as all hell. The shipping process is a hassle. You have to prepay for shipping with a card they keep on file and automatically "top up" at your preselected threshold of shipping capital. What is the need for this? Especially with USPS where you don't even need an actual account tied to your business. Why can't you just pay at the time of purchase like any other site with integrated anc calculated shipping? When attempting to enter shipping dimensions, the text fields are partially cut off due to bad div table coding. Once I found a workaround, it returned a vague Javascipt error with no real explanation as to what the issue was. By default, Ebay orders simply show the order number with no Item name until you manually open each one or customize the columns. There are literally no mouse hover descriptions or help for any of the given fields with ambiguous titles. It is like they expect you to decipher the functionality or effect by trial and error. The main Help section is poorly formatted and has a non-functional tab at the bottom of each section asking if your question was answered. There's no button or field there to seek further help or offer feedback. Once I'd decided this was nowhere near being worth the $49.99 a month minimum, I wanted to cancel the free trial and delete my account and information. Nope. Nowhere on the site to do that. Nothing in the FAQs. Combine that with the fact that they called me on the phone not once, but TWICE within 5 minutes of signing up for the trial and the next day, and the fact that they are apparently based in the UK, there is no WAY I will be giving them my business. There are multiple less expensive options available that fulfill the simple need of managing multiple eBay/Etsy/Bonanza accounts in one platform.
Summary
f they got the formatting and coding issues under control, I would consider another trial, but for now I just want my business and personal information off of their site.

Easy to understand and use, world class customer service
What where the positives?
1. INSTANT transfer of inventory updates and pricing - we used Stitch Labs before Multiorders and were accustomed to a significant delay, which of course caused overselling for higher volume SKU's 2. Extremely attentive customer service 3. Easy to use platform
Any negatives?
Some minor issues with the occasional glitch (some photos not showing up, etc), but nothing rises above the level of "annoyance". And if it ever does they have proven via prior actions that they will fix it. Also I think that, at least at the time we joined (winter 2019), we were a very large account for them. There was a learning curve for both of us as I believe our needs were greater than any that had signed on before us. It was frustrating for me, and I don't see how it wasn't frustrating for them as well even though they NEVER let on that might be the case. Their attentiveness to our issues and willingness to literally change their programming to both accommodate us AND improve their platform overall was unlike anyone I've ever done business with. It started as a negative but ended as a positive, which is really all you can ask of anyone.
Summary
For context, we have around 20,000 SKU's and sell on Ebay, Amazon, Etsy and Shopify. I was seeking a solution for inventory control and repricing across all channels that was simple and easy to use. There are others out there with more functions but they are A. much more expensive, and B. they have a seemingly endless variety of functions that are of no use to us and only serve to complicate the program/interface. For our needs, Multiorders has been a near perfect solution.

If you sell online, you need Multiorders!!!
What where the positives?
I was after a multi-channel tool to manage my orders on one place. Multiorders does this for me and integrates nicely with my courier DPD. Support is easily available if needed via live we chat. Giedrius & Marius are very helpful and know exactly what online sellers are looking for!
Any negatives?
None that I can think of? I should have found Multiorders sooner!!!
Summary
Overall I like the functionality of Multiorders and how it has increased my productivity by not having to copy and paste info from eBay / Amazon or my own Website into my Couriers software! A great tool to have!!

Can't do without it!
What where the positives?
Easy to use and all the information is clearly displayed
Any negatives?
when you use the Parcel2go integration to ship your orders, the label is not correctly formatted. You still need to log into your Parcel2go account to print the label.
Summary
I sell on 5 marketplaces so it just makes things alot easier for me to quickly see what's going on without logging into each one individually. Saves so much time. Also, you can quickly see how much money you are making!

A user friendly program that does the job!
What where the positives?
The interface is easy to navigate. It is particularly useful for monitoring inventory across Amazon and Ebay, and your own webstore if you have one.
Any negatives?
It would be useful to be able to create just one listing from the interface, so that it could be sent out to other channels that you are selling on. I believe this is in the pipeline for the future.
Summary
Value for money - excellent customer service - Easy to use, and new features are added regularly.
