What where the positives?
#1 They worked with us on a personal level, I would speak to the same people and not some outsourced support #2 They spoke to us in house and we actually got to know them even though they are on the other side of the country for us. #3 they worked with us and solved a lot of the customizations that we thought of, even some that we thought would be impossible, but they got it done. #3 Excellent service, as stated before I can not exaggerate this enough #4 Excellent people, real people here in the states not outsourced support or service # 5 We recommend them 100%

We have been using OC Designs for a couple years now and it's about time we wrote a review for them, they really deserve this and have gone the extra mile for us. we are a bolt/fastener retail website and OC designed our eBay page and designed us a custom template for our BigCommerce website eCommerce store. I would recommend working with them I believe that I am good at reading people and I can see that they are not in this only for the profit but to help people at the same time and I believe every company should have this moral. Thank you for that.

They were very knowledgable and very helpful when they did my BigCommerce and Shopify stores. They always responded very promptly, and I never felt like I didn't have control over what was being made. My vision for the pages came though as I wished, and the execution on behalf of OCDesigns is great! The pages are very polished and professional. The price points on their packages that they offer are actually very reasonable compared to MANY of the places I received quotes from. I highly recommend them if you need your website or eCommerce store front done.

We came to OC on the recommendation of our ebay rep. He recommended three different template design companies. OC seemed like the best fit from the beginning and they are still today. We have been working with them for about 4-5 years now. They have not only designed our ebay templates but they also redesigned our eCommerce site. I handle all of our web content and have used OCD on many other projects as well and They have delivered EVERY TIME. I am very "particular" about how i want our site and templates to look. I dont always make it the easiest for them! i have never had any issue with their quality, professionalism or work ethic. every project has always been completed in the time frame that they promised. the communications between myself, Frannie and her team have never once failed on their end. they will also do things for me that they do not even charge me for. I read the bad review on here and all i can say is that, my experience with them has been nothing but top notch. Just honestly the best. i think that after 4/5 years of working together on NUMEROUS projects, to not have one bad thing to say about the company, speaks for volumes about OCD...

I'm the liaison for the company that hired OCDesigns to do the website, and I basically maintain the site now that it's up and running. After shopping for quotes, we went with OCD because the combo price for their ebay Description Template, ebay Store Design & Website Design package was very fair. All & all the project went as well as could be expected. Although we had an idea of the overall theme we wanted for the sites, OC shot their ideas at Us and they were right inline as to what we were looking for. It's been almost a year since the start of the project, and I'm very happy to report that we still deal with the OCD Team frequently for updates and tweaks!

Summary
Setup a meeting with OC designs and went over all of our needs and the software we use for Ebay. Francine assured me they could handle the project. After the project was completed and paid for, we come to find out our software Ecomdash can not handle bulk uploads when confronted about this they agreed to upload our template for a cool couple of thousand dollars more then we paid for the original work. When we complained they recommended we move to new software platform!!! I do not think so. Never received a refund Stay away far away!!!

I have used OCD for my eBay store, listing designs and my two websites (Volusion based). They do a great job and were very thorough in helping design the store. I was especially impressed with how fast they work, sometimes too fast as I couldn't always get to review the work as quickly as they would like! In addition to the design work, working with their installation people was a pleasure as they provided excellent instructions on integrating the listing design into Blackthorne. Best of all for me, I was able to do it all by email - I'm not big on conference calls. They have a in-house simple project management system that makes the work pretty clear. There prices were very reasonable too - at least by my standards. Ok, so, after all this, why did they not get 5 stars? I think because some of the people who work there and are not always paying attention The main issue I had was that on the second job I had them do, the original person did not bother to read the project and would ask questions that had already been answered, a pet peeve of mine. This said, I would recommend them and plan to use them for future work.
