    User friendly and cost effective repricer

    What were the positives?

    The main differences for me compared to my previous repricer were it looks nice and it's very easy to use for me and my small team. The support team are very friendly and helped me optimise my account. The biggest positive has been the increase in sales which has paid for the software many times over.

    Any negatives?

    I have been a customer for over a year now and haven't had any negatives that I can speak. I would like the software to be cheaper but compared to some others it is very cost effective and within my budget.

    Overall

    Overall I think this is a great tool for me and the support (so far) has been great especially Marie who explains everything in simple language. The repricing is a lot quicker than my previous repricer which is a biggie for me.

    **** - I don't recommend

    Don't bother to try it, you will find it very buggy, the system was never perfect, it takes a lot of time to make the price starting to change, don't bother thinking that it will change immediately as they advertise as you will find that they relate to a "jump start" only:!:, later your prices will change maybe after 1 hour.

    I had an account for 2 years and suddenly they have changed settings which causes some of my SKUs to stop, so the prices stopped changing on the channels.
    They told me to change plan which I found unecessary, I do not need to have that many SKU's to be repriced. I add that it was them who messed up with the setting and not informing me that number of the SKU's imported from channel (even if not used for repricing) will count towards the number of allowed SKU's called as monthly limit on which they base the subscription. Perhaps this was their grey tactic to sell me higher subscription. I have made necessary changes in settings.
    I have found later that they PAUSED all my 6 amazon channels !!!

    I tried to get to know why, however I didn't receive response despite emailing to them few times and chasing them for answer. Chat was also not respondin.

    BE CAREFUL as they do not have after sale CALL SUPPORT. If you will incur a problem it will take long time to solve it or in my case not at all. 🙁

    I cannot believe their treated me in this way after spending with them

    Not perfect but one of the best in the market

    Any negatives?

    It's a little hard to understand and use its interface but I couldn't find a better solution so far, so it's okay.

    Overall

    It's fast enough as it is supposed. To me their pricing algorithm also works well.

    Only issue is if you are out of stock it does not update the prices of that product and it may cause a big headache. Fortunately, my VA checks my prices frequently and he has realized the problem and now we take a manual action for such cases.

    Contacted support once, they were responsive, had no other issue.

    Pretty good with one major flaw

    Very fast reprising changes and very accurate. So good a competitor sent a nasty email (anonymously) to us about our prices changing on Amazon!

    Easy to update price changes and very fast processing.

    I find the user interface to be a bit cumbersome. Editing individual SKUs is very slow and difficult to navigate. The biggest flaw is that out of stock items are not updateable. This means that if you run out of items, get more in, and need to update price ranges you cannot do so until the system recognizes the SKU again, STUPID! They keep the original price. Basically I have to update them the next day, causing a delay in proper pricing. New items take just as long.

    Service

    I found the service to be very responsive. They are polite and will help.

    Other Comments

    If you are outside the UK a foreign currency charge will apply. It costs an extra $3 or so a month. Minor annoyance. Also, whatever company charges you is a different name than the product. Confusing when doing the books.

    Simple to use and sales went up!

    RepricerExpress was simple and quick to get set up and running as everything was explained on screen with what to do.

    I used Amazons repricer in the past but it had very little features compared to what's available in the pricing rules in RepricerExpress.

    After reviewing during the 15-day free trial my sales increased so it made sense to continue after on a paid plan for which the price is very competitive.

    Support was great, access to live chat is a very big help with any questions or help I had, and live chat continues after I signed up 🙂

    Excellent Repricing Tool

    I'm not one for writing reviews much but had to for this amazing software to be able to help others to make a wise decision on choosing a great repricing tool.

    After doing much research on finding the right repricing tool I came across repricerexpress. I deciding to take them up on their 15-day free trial offer. Within a few days into the free trial, I knew that I will be definitely keeping this software.

    I am a big fan of simplicity and they really did an outstanding job of making sure to make the software user-friendly and easy to understand.

    I would also like to say that their staff are very friendly and always kept checking on me to see if I need any help with using the software. The value that you get for a small price has helped my business tremendously.

    For anyone that is looking for an amazing repricing tool I highly recommend repricerexpress. After all you can't go wrong with a 15-day free trial :).

    Brilliant service with the most helpful staff

    What were the positives?

    The repricer works very well and is much more effective and customisable than the Amazon own repricer. There are a number of settings that you can play around with to get the rule exactly how you wish, and to suit your level of seller rating as best as possible.

    I cannot recommend the staff at Repricer more - they are very friendly and will try their best to answer any question you ask (no matter how silly!).
    They are extremely knowledgeable about their service, and have managed to help out with every single query or issue I have had.

    Any negatives?

    Not that I can think of.

    Mind-blowingly excellent

    Product - excellent, very user friendly. rare to find a product that is both capable of complex rules etc and easy to use. I don't think I've even touched on 75% of what the system can do. And they are always adding features etc.

    Service - exceptional and very friendly - I work nights and bank holidays and and and... and they always seem to come back to me whenever it is that I need help.

    I would recommend this to anyone who has an online business with amazon or ebay. I actually don't want to write a review, truth be told! :lol, because it's like a secret weapon... but I also want to give some pay back for all the support this team have given me.

    It Works!

    Very happy with RepricerExpress repricing software. I was sceptical l when I first signed up for the free trial a year ago but it works. I have increased my sales and profits and I am getting the Buy Box more often at a higher price. I like the UI which is superior to other repricing software I've used in the past. I'm paying less money than I was and getting a better solution and better results. Support is very good especially during trial when they helped me set up the right settings and rules. I also like the live chat option on the website.

    Just what we needed

    Excellent ! Has been a game changer for our business!

    In my opinion this is the best repricer out there! Our sales has rocketed since we started with them.

    Went from 10 sales to 60 a day in the first week.

    great looking interface and the pricing is spot on too.

    Easy to setup and get going, so much quicker than anything else I've tried.

    If you want to grow your business and free up time then you need Repricer express, There's no way we could change the prices ourselves.

    It's easy to set up. Doesn't reprice when Amazon sales are created. That may be a good thing though.

    Any negatives?

    Some flaws but other software is harder to set up and takes more time. I'm sure there could be improvement but this suits me for now.

    Overall

    Their support team is friendly, responsive and get to work. They worked to fix a complaint I had by tweaking my account so that prices were not coming in a lower price like before..

    Easy of use

    I compared several repricers.I am able to repricer my entire inventory in 5 min.It's simple and easy to set up and use.It's cutting edge repricing made easy to use.The customer service was excellent.Repricerexpress is formatted to where in just a few seconds you can tell exactly how your inventory is performing and what you need to do as far as setting prices for newly added inventory.World class service combined with support that's easy to understand a format that works for the tech and not so tech savvy.Along with a subscription plan to meet your needs what every size seller.If you want to grow your business and not spend all your time repricing.I highly recommend Repricerexpress.

    Great Product, Even Better CS

    We've tried a few repricers and so far RepricerExpress stands leagues above the rest. Repricing isn't a simple process to jump into and there are always kinks to work out as every user's needs are slightly different. However, RepricerExpress' dedicated customer service team are just a chat away and are always professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. The UI is modern and has the most modifiers that we've seen so far. Only thing we would ask for in the future is that the interface load faster. Keep it up, guys!!

    Fantastic programme

    What were the positives?

    A great programme which has allowed us to stay ahead of the game on Amazon in regards to winning the buy box with lots of customizable rules.

    Would be great if we could use it for Google Shopping on our own website but also with variations on eBay as it currently only supports single item SKU's

    Surprisingly Good Results...

    My Amazon sales had been lagging for some time, so when I saw RepricerExpress's offer of free trial, I signed up...mostly because I felt whether it helped or not, it was worth a try, given the way sales had been.

    I was more than surprised, let's say giddy, when I sold several books within the first 2 hours of the new service. Since then, my sales have easily been twice what they were before.

    In addition, the support staff is without peer. Always ready and anxious to go to any length to provide answers that you need.

    This is an un-solicited review. There are so few truly aggressively competent companies out there, that they deserve it.

    Look no further , you will not be disappointed

    If you are selling on Amazon , this is the service you need , look no further.

    Very easy to set-up , intuitive interface.

    Ability to define plethora of options ( if you want to ) against specific sellers , or type of fulfilment options , decide how specific SKUs price.
    FAST and accurate re-pricing.

    There are just too many things to mention here on functionality , the detail is just incredible , if you want to fine tune , to play around with rules and tweak.

    It just works, and does work fantastically well.

    Support. .. Team is just incredible . EXTREMELY helpful, friendly , knowledgeable , instant solutions and advice. Marie , Ciaran , Leigh to name a few.

    Marie in particular , she must be a Saint in disguise , with that kind of level of patience !

    WARNING !! The only downside using this service, your sales will increase dramatically, so you’d better be prepared ! Stock-wise and manpower.

    Believe it or not, occasionally, we end up turning off sales channels, Amazon / eBay for a day or two, to catch our breath and catch-up ( must employ more people ! )

    What were the positives?

    RepricerExpress allowed me to grow my business rapidly by automating my product price changes. The challenge sellers have is competing with the buy box on Amazon. This process should not be done manually and this is where RepricerExpress comes in. They have without a doubt contributed to our businesses massive success. Thank you.

    I'm not too sure, to be honest. They are always updating and growing. Some tools that I didn't think about was made available by them and now all of sudden its been more and greater data for me to use in my business.

    Great product for amazon and ebay Sellers. Must have. Once set up its easy to navigate and the support is 100 % top notch.
    Will not miss it for the word.

    You can easily set your price targets in all your amazon seller countries and have all your best sellers at glance. With the new sales overview and dashboard its best to see where you lack something and/or where everything is running as you like it to be.

    The support is very easy to reach and they answere mostly within minutes and during weekends within hours.

    One of the best support team there is

    I honestly cannot praise RepricerExpress high enough. The team are absolutely fantastic, and always on hand to deal with your problems no matter how small. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Ciaran & Leigh, and honestly, these two people deserve a raise for putting up with me.

    Now onto the service, which is second to none. The repricing works, and it's just that simple. Thousands of reprices per hour, always trying to win you that all important buy box. I have increased by sales by quite a considerable margin, so even though it's a little more expensive than the others, having tried those "others" I can certainly tell you it's worth every penny - you'll make your money back and then some.

    If you are serious about making more money, then RepricerExpress are the people to help you do just that!

    Best Support Ever

    This repricing service is excellent and very reliable and I can safely say that it has generated far more revenue than the monthly subscription cost. I'm not aware of any interruptions in the service it is totally reliable.

    I have used umpteen services for my online business and I have never received support from any of them like the support I receive at repricerexpress, nothing is too much trouble. All to often support is along the lines of pointing in the direction of the help article or video which is great but sometimes one needs a bit more support than this when time is limited. The support at repricerexpress will pretty much sort the matter out which I find excellent. When I say the matter it is not that there is an issue with the service it is more a case of my not knowing how to use a part of the service and not having time to learn!

    I'm very happy with the service provided!

    why repricerexpress

    What were the positives?

    We use since almost 6 years different softwares for our activity , since few months we decided to use repricerexpress after a trial that convicted us , why?

    Here's the reason

    Although we are used to these kinds of tools and softwares, but in repricerexpress there's a real and very speedy tchat support which makes us feel more confortable, other sofwares weuse and used , in case of problem , we must send them an email and sometimes wait between 2 and 24 hours to have an answer or a have to the issue fixed, i think that's what makes the real difference

    Repricer review

    I have nothing but good to say about Repricer Express. The support when I have had a question was exemplary. I have often asked a question which I should have been able to figure out for myself. When asked, the answer has always been super quick and reassured me that the system worked as it should.
    I am retiring in a couple of weeks and I have no hesitation in recommending Repricer Express for their services.

    I've become a big fan of RepricerExpress !

    I used to use Mean Repricer, which wasn't bad, but had a clunky interface. When they went through a patch of having glitches with csv imports, I looked around and decided to give RepricerExpress a trial.

    The impact was immediate - we went from around 1450 Amazon Buy Boxes to about 1750 (based on about 4000 products listed). Additionally, the control panel gave me much better visibility on how our prices were doing, and the csv import/export process was very smooth.

    There were a couple of things it took me some time to get my head around, but I'm a business-owner, not a techy person, so I suspect that was down to my personal limitations !

    But what really made the difference was the support. I haven't had to use it too often, but each time i have, I've usually ended up talking with the same rep, Marie. She is unfailingly helpful, remembers our past conversations, is able to take the stress out of things (when calling support usually means I'm already stressed about something !), and usually volunteers additional helpful info as well as solving the original question.

    There are a lot of companies who could learn from the support RepricerExpress gives.

    If I had to sum it up, I'd just say "If Carlsberg did support..."

    Great tool, great service!

    What were the positives?

    Everything. I definitely think it is worth a tool like repricer express. Check the prices a few times, make sure everything is I wish and then forget about it.
    Besides the tool, which is great, they have the most outstanding customer service ever. They are always available and have been able to support and answer my questions on the moment. There is no " we will email you later". Super quick, super efficient.

    Hands Down, Best Repricer for Newbies

    We've tried them all from Appeagle, Sellery, Xsellco, Amazon's own pricing, others I can't even remember and seen demos of even more.

    Hands down, Repricer Express is the best repricer for newbies and has more features in its entry plan than others at their top plans.

    It is super simple to set up and you can see what prices will be before committing to start pushing changes to Amazon.

    The repricing rules give you a lot of simple easy to understand fine tuning to make sure you are not competing with low ball and international sellers.

    For instance Amazon's new internal repricing allows you to exclude sellers that are 5% lower than your Feedback Score. Repricer Express can exclude sellers at any score and more importantly by the count of feedbacks. You may not want to price against a new sellers with only 1, 5 or even 50 Feedbacks.

    Also, to this day, other repricers at 10 times the cost cannot exclude all Chinese and international sellers.

    Lastly, it's nice to be able to get support questions answered quickly and especially on weekends. In this day and age of connectivity where one rep with a mobile phone sitting at home could respond to support chats and emails, you would think that all repricers would understand how important it is to get answers quickly however many do not have any after hour or weekend support especially since they are supporting retail 24/7 clients.

    We've been using Repricer Express for 11 months and are super happy. Thank you Repricer Express!

    Great, easy & intuitive to use, excellent functions

    Great software, repricer express is really easy to use and has easy to follow instructions. It also has great functionality, so you can be competitive without starting a price war. The ability to to increase prices by penny increments when the buy box is won and to set the price to MAX when there's no competition increases profitability, something that platforms own repricer does not currently allow.
    I really like being able to see at a glance what percentage of products are at minimum and maximum, and drilling down into this info allow us to make informed restocking choices.The cost of this repricer is realistic for micro-businesses.Not only this but there's great support! 🙂

    Great amazon repricer with easy functions

    Great product, easy to use, brillinat fast support service. Whenever I had some issues during my use of the service but always prompt and decisive action by the service staff was above and beyond the call of duty and was much appreciated. I will recommend this product in large part thanks to the attention of Marie and Ciaran.

    You can easily reset your prices with rules or for each ASIN or SKU and for each market place you sell on amazon.

    For amazon pro sellers a must have feature and easy to set up and to run your repricing issues accross Europe. Go get it.

    A Game Changer

    We have been using another repricer for the last year and felt that things were not doing as well as they could be. However, to be honest were a little daunted ant the thought of changing such an important part of the business.

    We finally decided to make the switch and after a good search went for Repricer Express. This only took an afternoon to set up and the support from Marie on live chat throughout has been brilliant.

    The real test of course is not how easy it was to change over but the impact on sales and this has taken us really by surprise. We have experienced a massive uplift in sales which has left us with just one question...

    Why didn't we switch sooner!

    Excellent Repricing Software

    I am still new to the world of selling online, and of using repricing software, my experience of using RepricerExpress has been very positive.

    Setting up my account and connecting to my Amazon Marketplace was very easy and well enough explained that even a total newbie like I could manage it. The GUI is well put together and information is almost always just where it needs to be. Most importantly it has really helped my sales on Amazon by letting me compete with professionals in my own niche. 🙂

    Can Not Fault It !

    Okay, for those that can remember back to December 2014, RepricerExpress were the company that helped loads of sellers sell their stock for 1p on Amazon. Since then, a lot has changed, helped by Amazons 'pricing alerts'.

    Anyway, why use RepricerExpress ?

    We used to use Meanrepricer which was free with our Linnworks account, but as our business grew we started encountering several limitations including the amount of time involved in altering the pricing structure of many products at the same time.

    RepricerExpress allows us to set any number of rules that we can allocate to individual products or groups of products both locally and internationally. You can allocate different rules to the same product over different marketplaces as well.

    The system is really easy to use and to set up. We transferred all our skus over and had them repricing in only a couple of hours. The dashboard is really useful, easy to understand, and can show you products where you could increase your margins.

    Since starting to use RepricerExpress we have found that our sales on Amazon have improved by around 30% with a definite increase in margin and in Buy Box allocation.

    If you are looking for an Amazon repricer I would seriously advise you to give their free trial a go. If you decide you like it, it is a set monthly fee based on the number of skus being repriced, with no commission on sales.

    Great repricing software

    Tried a few repricers but can honestly say Repricer Express is the best one. Easy to get set-up, great value, good customer service, more Buy Boxes, increased sales. Wish l'd signed up a long time ago.

    I don't think you know another side of the story, how many sellers lost $1,000-100,000 by Repricer Express making our FBA inventory $0,01. We not only won buy box, and had 1000% increase in sales but messed up holiday season, canceled holidays plans, negative feedback, etc.

    Repricer Express a Nightmare

    👿 I had to rate 1 star. The real review is ZERO STARS

    Imagine your worst business nightmare. You have huge inventory for Christmas and a huge Inventory at Amazon FBA. Then all of your prices go to a penny online and customers start buying massive amounts of merchandise. That is exactly what happened to us. I got a frantic call while at lunch to come back to the office immediately as thousands of items were being ordered. Amazon shipped many of these orders via FBA. We are out huge money. We are US sellers but this also affected many UK sellers. Search google to see media reports of this issue. Amazon has told sellers that Repricer Express is fully responsible and they cannot help otherwise. Also Amazon bills sellers like myself thousands of dollars to pull and full these orders. Many customers tried to clean us out. A few weeks ago Repricer Express had a data failure which caused all my my products (thousands of skus) to be priced at one penny delivered. This affected mostly UK sellers but also a few hundred in the US. Amazon was unable to cancel all of these orders and we lost huge sums of money due to the shipping of expensive FBA items to ship at a penny. Buyers took huge advantage of this and many thought it was a great sale, insisting they are entitled for the products at a penny. This software caused items not managed by repriced Express to be changed without my authorization. To date as of 12/31/14 Repricer Express told sellers they were sorry. I suffered huge out of pocket losses. If this happened late at night it could have wiped out our entire business in peak Christmas season. We have a huge inventory at AMAZON FBA when this occurred. I urge anyone to google search articles about this and think whether you want to sign up with a company that caused their customers to suffer massive losses. This is not the end of the issue as sellers are planning a lawsuit against the company for damages. CEO of Repricer Express said they are sorry and they wish everyone the best.

    Anyone considering this company should consider the facts.
