When SkuVault has an outage, they will not be available to get it resolved promptly
What where the positives?
Cloud based
Any negatives?
Customer service is non existent when they have a major failure. The entire spectrum of SkuVault employees from the first line contact, your sales rep, client support and lead support analyst will bail on you when you need them the most. They will take weekends and holidays off, without any care for their system not communicating properly with marketplaces. It is a helpless feeling that will keep you awake at night and give you worries for weeks while they don't communicate with you, dodge you phone calls and emails.
Summary
I would never recommend SkuVault due to their poor customer service during times of need. If you decide to use SkuVault, I pray that you never have to experience how we have been treated by the entire SkuVault staff. The front line employees give a friendly response, but they give the same BS response that beats around the bush and never resolves the issue. You will be selling product that is not in stock, and SkuVault has no concern to correct the issue.

Misleading Sales Tactics | Long Onboarding Process | Poor Service | Hidden Undisclosed Fees
What where the positives?
I liked what was advertised, however we never realized the full benefit of the software due to being blind-sided by hidden charges.
Any negatives?
The sales process is misleading. The onboarding process is lengthy and unnecessary. Multiple mini-meetings, all while you're paying, without being being able to use their product, and they don't connect the software to help you setup your own products or even use your products as examples during training. After onboarding, you're handed off to their support staff, who provided little to no support when the integration broke and forced my team to manually sync quantities for two weeks. This is when I asked for a cancellation, as the software we had waited weeks to begin using, did not meet the expectation or their own claims. Every aspect of SkuVault is a complete waste of time and money.
Summary
The sales process was botched from the start. I stated we were only interested in an FBM solution, as that is the main function of SkuVault. However, once connected to your selling account, they download and charge you for your FBA and FBM orders. SkuVault has nothing to do with FBA. Not even sure why they're siphoning revenue from orders that are automated and handled by Amazon. I signed up for the $329 package, and got a bill for $1279. But, this isn't quoted beforehand. And the salesman even admitted to making an error and said these fees would be waived. A Customer Success Manager called me to apologize and assure me I would be refunded in full. But, Clay Nobles, the Director of Sales intervened and denied the refund, while cherry-picking comments and making false accusations. That was the first and last time he contacted me during his review and determination. I was never given an opportunity to discuss my experience with Clay before he considered the matter closed. I attempted to reply, and provide additional context and requested a call. That was a week ago. I also cc'd their entire team during this correspondence. No one has contacted me to follow-up. They take your money and run, and blame you while they do it. --- And that was just the sales and billing --- The onboarding process is lengthy, you have to schedule many 1-hr mini-meetings over several weeks before launch. The integration broke after a month and was unresolved two weeks later, prompting my cancellation.
