    They can do the impossible

    What were the positives?

    My problem was solved. This in my opinion is enough for you to turn to these guys. They really do what they promise.

    No negativity. Everything is at the highest level.

    I came to them when I had given up hope. I didn't expect them to be able to help me recover my account. I just wanted my money back, which Amazon froze. But, guys are true professionals, with their help, I not only returned my funds, but also restored the account. It's incredible,but it is.

    Perfect from the start

    Perfect from the start. They were helpful and knew what to do with my intelectual suspension which I think was from several competitors. We didnt get a retraction from the alleged rights owner (used a gmail address - why would a multi million pound company use a gmail address?). The process was longer than i was told, it took about 3 weeks to resolve and my funds have not yet been released. the good news is that we are live to sell in the busiest part of the year. My case handler was laura and she was great.

    I am very happy with the service provided by Laura. My Appeal Letter was successful in getting me reinstated, I am so very grateful that I chose to hire them to write my appeal letter. When I was suspended I was so devastated because I didn’t even know I was doing anything wrong. My appeal letter fully addressed everything that was necessary to get my account reinstated by amazon.     If you have issue with your Amazon seller account, Thompson and Holt is right company to contact with.

    Thompson and Holt only use two weeks to reslove the issue that we are struggle for half year.

    The lady that we were work with was very patient to help us with analysis the issue that we were face to, then gave the good solution.

    They realy know about all Amazon policies.

    Very happy

    Very happy with the service and the outcome. After several appeals and automated responses I was pulling my hair out. It wasn’t plain sailing with Laura but we finally got there and now I can sell again!!!

    The communication was excellent and the advice was sound and based on common sense. I would recommend Laura to anyone who needs help.

    The price was reasonable compared to other companies and it didn’t bother W that I couldn’t talk to Laura on the phone, she always replied.

    Laura got me reinstated

    I have been selling with Amazon for 5.5 years. Never a problem. Then I got suspended for what I thought was a really dumb reason. Obviously Amazon did not think so.

    I submitted a Plan of Action. It was rejected and my account shut down. I did an appeal . It was rejected. I talked to another law firm, but they wanted too much money. Thompson and Holt assigned me to Laura. It took several days and 4 appeals. I am now back in business. The suspension has been lifted.

    I have learned to watch my Account Health Page like a hawk and to respond to every Performance Notification STAT.

    I don't expect any more problem, but if there is I will go directly to Laura at Thompson and Holt.

    72 hour notice from hell

    What were the positives?

    I received a 72 hour notice from Amazon accusing our store of selling fake products. This was nonsense as we buy direct from the manufacturer. We had read about these notices before but thought we would never receive one because we buy direct.

    We were recommended to speak to Holly from Thompson and Holt as she had helped a friend of ours earlier this year.

    Within a day of receiving the notice Holly had written an excellent appeal that worked. Our account is no longer at risk.

    Super fast and helpful

    I sell across several platforms and thought I could handle a simple inauthentic suspension when I received one from Amazon. I sent receipts and additional documents as per Amazons request. After two weeks of back and forth with Amazon I thought I would speak to a consultant in suspensions. This is when I used Thompson and Holt and spoke to Laura.

    Very professional and helpful service

    The service from the start was very professional. I spoke to Simon on Livechat who took all the information and advised on the options. I did speak to a few other companies as well but chose thompson and holt because of Simons helpfulness.

    Holly was my account handler and she wrote the appeal and advised what to say to Amazon when they called me. After my phone call with Amazon i was delighted to receive a notification that my account was reinstated.

    Kudos to Holly from Thompson and Holt

    After 9 months and 5th appeal, Holly from Thompson and Holt managed to convince Amazon.fr to revert my account suspension due to review manipulation from Facebook.
    That was a very long and hard process. Without Thompson and Holt, I would not have the strength to continue the fight and probably give up a half year ago.
    Lesson learned - I should have engaged professional services like Thompson and Holt in the first appeal and should not wait until the first appeals rejected.

    I have stated all of this same stuff on Trust pilot but that's because it's completely true so I'm just going to copy and paste it here.

    I've had a terrific experience with this company. Laura continually worked with me and was able to get 7 ASINs reinstated... Just terrific. It was a complicated situation too and I had already tried myself for many months. It took us a while dealing with Amazon but she was able to make it happen. I also worked them a while ago on reinstating and entire account however we weren't able to get that reinstated. They did however warn me prior that it would be touch so I purchased the money back guarantee and received my money back when we determined we weren't able to save the account.     We had a long standing issue with Amazon which, despite thoroughly pursuing through all of the official channels ourselves, we could not resolve.

    As a last hope, we decided to give Thompson and Holt a try. Their was service prompt, professional and courteous at all times.

    Their experience of dealing with Amazon proved to be invaluable. Convincing Amazon to reinstate our account did take sometime, but Thompson and Holt and persisted and gave their support until a resolution was achieved.

    Great Work- Amazon Account Reinstated

    What were the positives?

    Our account was reinstated after 5 days. It was suspended after two months of drop shipping. Amazon wanted some invoices which we didn’t have and we appealed twice with no luck. Amazon was holding over £5,000 of our money and said they would keep it. Steven was recommended by our mentor who said they have helped many drop shippers.

    No. It would have been better if Steven could have told us which store to use but we had to learn ourselves.

    Everything about the support was great. Steven knew what we had to do and explained everything. The monitor and Protect service is now protecting our account and we no longer sell high risk items that will get us suspended.

    Great Result

    Our account had been suspended for 6 months, so it was really pleasing to get it reactivated by Thompson & Holt in a week. They are pretty easy to do business with - after initially calling them, all exchanges were by e-mail. They came up with a letter that we sent to Amazon, who came up a request for more information. Thompson & Holt then came up with another suggestion, which did the trick and 'open sesame' our account was back in business. The fee was £500 which might seem high, but given how much business Amazon can generate, is actually good value for a medium-sized business such as ours. Happy to recommend.

    Amazon emailed us about several products, we had complaints about regarding quality, images and product description.

    We contacted the suppliers immediately and removed the products off Amazon.

    Lego IP suspension

    I was selling Lego which was bought from my regular wholesaler however they didn’t have permission to sell Harry Potter Lego. As a result my Amazon account was frozen and they wouldn’t give me access to my money. I contacted Thompson and Holt who explained the issue and offered help, 7 days later my account was reinstated. I am unable to sell Lego but I was told that I can reapply at a later date. I now have 150 boxes of Lego that I need to sell!

    Pity that Amazon does not treat its 3rd party sellers like it treats the customers; twice a year when seasons change our order numbers drop off a cliff and if we get a few negative reviews or A-Z's we get suspended.     I would recommend Thompson and Holt to any Amazon seller who is having issues with Seller performance and their suspension. I was so frustrated after sending numerous appeals to Amazon only for hem to keep asking for more information. I talked to a few friends out our London Amazon Seller group who were unable to give me any advice but they said that they had used Thompson and Holt for help with other types of suspensions.

    I started a live chat with Simon and he explained what details I needed to supply, I had completely missed the point that Amazon were looking for. He said that they could help and my account would be reinstated in 7 days. 4 days later it was reinstated.

    Amazon are holding money on my account now but that should be lifted in 14 days. The suspension type I received help with was IP infringement with Lego.

    The support from Holly was exceptional when I needed help when Amazon requested more information she got back to me.

    Our account was suspended a year ago and we used Thomsponandholt and the account was quickly reinstated, recently our account was suspended and although this time took a bit longer, our account is reinstated once again.     :DWow, our UK Amazon Seller account was suspended on Friday because we listed Star Wars figures we had bought from another sit, we did not know that this was against Amazons policies as they let us list the product without any issues.

    We immediately contacted a host of companies and thompson and holt were the only company who got back to us before lunch. We agreed to pay for the 12 hour service which cost £1,000, the appeal and plan of action was in our inbox within 6 hours of payment. We sent the appeal to Amazon and our account was reinstated in 5 hours. Good work by both Holly and Amazon, we can now focus on selling again.

    The only downside is that we cant sell Star Wars products.:-{

    What were the positives?

    The main point is that my account is now active and I can sell again. It took 2 days from contacting Thompson and Holt to getting the letter from Amazon stating my account was reinstated. The reason for the suspension was IP infringement which was my fault.

    Any negatives?

    The communication with Holly was smooth although it would have been good to have the option to phone her.

    If they were actually tailor fitting the appeals to the problem at hand that would be a good start. How are you going to win an appeal when the subject matter you are speaking of has nothing to do with the topic they are requesting!

    Thompson & Holt were a HUGE help in getting our seller account reinstated. They were efficient, timely and quick to respond. Their experience with seller and e-commerce platforms is extensive and is demonstrated in their extremely capable responses and letters we needed.     Back on amazon in 7 days

    Amazon suspended our account on 17th Aug and after 1 month of exchanging 17 emails with seller performance on 17th Sep they sent us an email saying " We may not reply to your further emails".

    Our account was suspended for selling inauthentic items but in fact we never sold any fake item. Although we had original invoices from suppliers still they did not accept them.

    On 17th Sep I contacted T&H. On 18th I received POA from them, same day POA sent to Amazon. On 20th they acknowledged receipt of POA and on 26th our account was reinstated.

    Really good customer service and gave me instructions of what to write and where to send it. Even had live chat when Lucy was not in the office. If you haven’t tried using these to get your account open it is worthgiving them a try.

    My appeal that I did on my own was totally different to what these supplied.

    Account Reinstated

    I contacted Thompson and Holt because they were recommended by some fellow Amazon Sellers on a Facebook Group. My account was suspended because of inauthentic items.

    The first appeal I sent myself, after I received a notification that my account would be closed I usedThompson and Holt. The service was awesome, they were polite. 4 days later and two appeals my account was activated again. During the 4 days I contacted them by LiveChat and they were polite.

    The fee was £500 - $850 Canadian dollars and worth every dollar.

    What were the positives?

    Good service and regular communication, they delivered on what they said they could do. My account suspension seemed straight forward (inauthentic) and I tried to appeal myself but failed which is why I used Thompson and Holt.

    Any negatives?

    At first I was told that my account would be reinstated in 5 days however it took 7 days which cost an additional £10,000 of lost sales.

    I would use the service again should it be needed.

    Holly was my point of contact and she took the time to explain what was happening and the process that we needed to follow. I didn’t realise that there were so many departments who can help.

    Amazon Store Reinstated!

    I really appreciate everything you did and we would very much like to work with you in the future if we have anymore issues with Amazon. I used the amazon appeal service.

    Holly was the best she supported us from the very beginning and was on hand when we needed her help. She remained professional and calm at all times and helped us with our problem.

    It would have been good if we had a portal to see the status of our appeal as it was a nervous time for my business. The communication with my case handler was very good.

    Permanently suspended after first appeal - Refund Promised

    My account was suspended and out of panic reached out to them reading all 5 star reviews . I paid $645 and got a one page letter which i had my reservations after reading it as it completely lacked details . I reached out to xxxx from Thompson whether we should provide more details and the answer was that we will give if asked . The next response from Seller Performance was "That we will not respond any further to the issue" . While I totally understand that no one can reinstate an account post suspension but what you appreciate is professionalism . It takes 3 days for xxxx from Thompson to come despite writing back to him . The response was re-send the email again ...

    They can get account reinstated for silly reason which even you can do yourself by taking POA from internet and filling it yourself .They are writing a Plan of Action without understanding your business or looking into your account . A ready made letter is sent with few changes ...

    I had requested for refund and at least Thompson and Holt have promised to go ahead and process the refund which was provided some relief on the loss which i am already going through .

    Unnecessary Seller Suspension

    2nd time I have used TH. Lucy the first time and Holly the second time. They were both very helpful and got me reinstated. Unfortunately, it took way too long but Amazon is famous for taking there precious little time obviously with the seller community. I hope 1 day Amazon will care about there sellers as much as they do there customers. I truly believe if they did, there business would grow even more than it already has. They should remember the great sellers and concentrate more on the bad sellers. It would be even more great for the sellers if they would give the good ones more credibility instead of assumptions from buyers.

    I was worried because we tried to appeal on our own. After the 6th rejection letter we were beside ourselves. We thought we would not have an AMZ store and began planning a new project to replace the revenue.

    Monitor and Protect Worked For Me

    I used the service Monitor and Protect, and have done for the last 3 months. Last week my account was suspended due to a customer saying that the product I sent them was fake. Within 2 days the account was open again, so the money I spent on Monitor and Protect was well worth it.

    Not really sure that anything could have been better. My case was looked at straight away, and Holly gave me all the details and the appeal to get the account open.

    Holly was great. My funds are still on hold for 14 days, but I have been told that this is normal with Amazon.

    What were the positives?

    The service was good from the very start, I was told by Simon that he could help with an IP infringement suspension. At first I didnt know what I had done wrong but it was explained that I couldnt buy from stores and sell Star Wars on Amazon. Now I cant sell Star Wars figures on Amazon but my account is active.

    Amazon were very difficult to deal with and they didnt answer any of my questions. Holly my case handler and she knew what to say, to be honest I didnt understand what the issue was until I spoke to Thompson and Holt.

    They were expensive at £500 and my account was reinstated within 2 days of speaking to Simon.

    Listen To What They Say, Not What You Think You Know

    I signed up with Thompson and Holt after an initial chat with them on Live Chat. I had been trying to appeal my inauthentic suspension for some time, and didn't seem to be getting anywhere.

    My case was given to Steven, who created me an appeal and plan of action. I didnt think it was too different to the one I had sent probably a hundred times, but I gave it a shot.

    Within 2 days I had a negative reply again from Amazon. As you can imagine I was shocked and upset by this. Steven asked me to send the message again. I kicked off at Steven a little for this, but he explained to me exactly why this was to be done. I thought we should have created a new appeal, and sent this in to try it. But Steven was spot on. Within 24 hours I was back up selling again.

    I am really happy with how Steven and Thompson and Holt handled my case. I was trying to do things by way, rather than listening to these people who have lots of experience in this. They were right.

    Cost me my seller account on Amazon permanently

    What were the positives?

    Not a thing was good about this service. They ended up causing me to be suspended permanently from Amazon. Lucy provided me with a pieced together letter which was flagged by Amazon and they permanently kicked me off saying it was forged or manipulated. When I advised them of this they said they can't help me anymore!

    Any negatives?

    Know what they are doing might hlep.

    Amazon didn't like a receipt I provided them. I reached out to Thompson and Holt and told them what had happened. They told me to pay $656 and they could help me get reinstated. I received a letter with many misspelled words and different fonts. Amazon kicked it back and told me I was out for good. When I reached out to them again to help with the crappy letter they provided I was informed that they couldn't help me. I am suspended forever now because the letter was bits and pieces of stolen letters they had received from this company before. They even refunded my money because they know what they did. DON"T USE THESE ***MERS! They don't speak English much at all and won't speak to you. It is all through email and misspelled words. Save your money. Get an attorney. I have no way to undo what they did to me.

      There are a couple of points that we would like to note.

      We only supply Sellers with appeals and action plans, we do not supply invoices or identification documents.

      Amazon suspended the account due to complaints of inauthentic items. An appeal and action plan not written by Thompson and Holt was submitted with a receipt. When Amazon declined the appeal you approached Thompson and Holt for assistance, at no point did you inform us that the receipt was forged or manipulated.

      The appeal and plan of action that was written was based on Amazons suspension email and the information you provided.

      When we had sight of Amazons response which stated the documentation (receipt) was forged or manipulated we automatically refunded your fee after we had completed the work as we were no longer able to assist.

      When Amazon Seller Performance refer to documents being forged or manipulated Amazon are referring to the documents that a Seller has submitted not an appeal or plan of action.

    Very Happy With Service

    Was not sure using a company like these was the way forward, but Simon was on Live Chat and he seemed to know exactly what he was talking about so off I went and signed up.

    Lucy dealt with my case, and she was very quick at answering emails. She is probably sick of me after the amount of questions I asked, but she was really nice, and put my appeal together and after a couple of changes the reinstatement letter arrived.

    Lucy told me I would be reinstated and I was. Now to make sure that this type of thing does not happen to me again. I dont think my nerves could take it.

    Steven knows everything about Amazon

    I signed up with Simon on Live Chat after my account had been suspended for infringing intellectual property. Before this I had argued with Amazon that I had done nothing wrong.

    My case was passed over to Steven and he wrote me an appeal. This was just the start. Steven gave me all of the steps that I needed to do with my account in order to get the account in line with Amazon guidelines. Steven then explained everything to me. He went through the different areas of intellectual property, how I was infringing, what I needed to look for going forward and it did the trick.

    In my opinion Steven went above and beyond what I paid him for, and educated me, so hopefully I will not have issues going forward.

    A lot of work went into this,and it paid off

    I was really impressed with the amount of work that Thompson and Holt put into the appeals, and the follow ups. I originally couldnt make my mind up if I should use these or not, as I didnt know if I should do this myself. I am so glad that I let these take over. Appeal was to a very high standard, and the followup work after was prompt and got me reinstated.

    All of the responses came within 24 hours, and I had to provide a lot more information to them, but I was more than happy with the outcome.

    We have decided that you may sell on Amazon.com. This was the email that I received from Amazon when I asked Thompson and Holt to help write my appeal. They were recommended to me by my Amazon Whatsapp group and I would recommend them to anyone else who has been suspended. It took about two weeks to reinstate the account and there was probably 10 different pieces of information that I had to send to Amazon to verify that the products I sold were authentic. For some reason they did not accept the invoices first time when I sent them. Lucy made the appeal very easy to understand so that Amazon could see all the information in one palce.

    My Amazon seller account was suspended in mid June and I had spent days reading forums and trying to reinstate my account without any success. I had appealed 4 times and got the same response.

    After speaking with Simon and answering some simple questions he offered help.

    3 days later my account was reinstated however Amazon said they would hold onto my funds for a further 14 days.

    I am now using the monitor and protect service which is free.

    Help With My Reinstatement

    What were the positives?

    When Amazon suspended my account, I took matters into my own hands and tried, unsuccessfully, to write my own appeals and submit them. I spent many hours on Amazon's seller forums asking for help from the individuals on there. While I got some good advice on what to and what not to include in the appeal, I was never reinstated on my own. We went a month and half without sales, let go of employees and wondered if we would ever get up and running again. We googled reviews of Thompson and Holt and saw mostly good reviews. We were hesitant to have to spend any more money on a failing business but decided to give it one last go and see if they could help. Within 2 weeks of contacting them and working with Lucy, we were finally reinstated. I really don't think we could have done it on our own. If you have exhausted appeals and don't know where to turn, start a conversation with them and you have a better chance at resuming your business.

    Any negatives?

    The only thing I could recommend for improvement would be to maybe add in calls instead of emails. I was satisfied with the emails but I think a lot more people would rest assured knowing they can speak to someone directly.

    I contacted Thomas & holt due to an issue with my account.
    They responded quickly, sent everything over and within 24 hours I had the appeal, the business in question needed more information like they do, so Sarah rewrote and added a few bits in and my account was open again.

    I highly recommend Thomas & Holt and from start to finish the help is 2nd to none.

    I can't believe in this. Spent £500, got crapy service that I would be better off doing myself, resulting in my account being permanently suspended and they still state on their website they have a 100% success rate, even though I asked to remove, these guys are deceptive! Their reviews stated they are amazing, but this is invite only, from them!!! I paid for their service, so is like they are amazing, while being total crap!! Beware.     I tried to get my account reinstated myself and it was denied. I had the pleasure of working with Katie. We appealed a few different times and finally they accepted it and released my funds. I never thought I was getting my account back. Amazon will not respond to majority of emails but do not give up. After giving them plenty of time to respond, stay peristent and make sure to ask Thompson and Holt every time before sending in a new email. I was suspended for 5 months. Katie stuck with me the entire way to makthe the process more manageable. She was the light at the end of the tunnel when I truly felt like I would never get the thousands back that Amazon was withholding from me. They eventually released my funds to me and then I was reinstated 1 day later. You’re the best Katie!

    Going through of several months of back and forth emails with amazon ...Katie finally escalate our appeal to the highest appeal department. Even though we did not get our account fullly reinstated yet. It is still under review. But They have reinstated my account for selling. But still hold our funds while under review.
    At least half of it got done. I am glad. Because my account was suspended for 1 year already. We are start selling again now.

    We got suspended after account review - without giving any reason. Collected all invoices and removed all iffy items from our inventory and reached out to ThompsonandHolt.
    Immediate chat support and someone to speak to directly was really a plus.

    I Had my Amazon account suspended due to customer Inauthentic claims even though my ODR and other metrics were good. We had no idea our supplier we found on Alibaba who claimed 100% authentic was supplying us with possible inauthentic products. This deceit by Alibaba advertised traders sadly of course ends up removing sellers with good metrics standing. It was a nightmare we tried to contact the supplier for Invoices etc that Amazon requested but they had disappeared totally from contact. We definitely won't be going anywhere near Alibaba again or re-listing those products again now that we are back! I made my own appeal letter first off but it got denied. Then Amazon emailed saying I have another chance to get re-instated providing I can submit an updated appeal that addresses the problems. Thompson and Holt were a positive and proactive solution. Naturally I did not want to try appealing again myself. The moment I chatted with them upon entering their site everything got rolling. After payment and Within 24 hours the appeal draft came to my inbox and it seemed very professional. Sent it to Amazon with my contact details that evening. After I got out of bed the next morning my account was back with a red notification, but is still under review with the payments only. My account is currently fully functional and I can sell. Soon hopefully the review will pass. But at least my business is back and I have a chance to learn from that horrid experience and try not to get suspended again. I can only recommend and I would never go anywhere else for an Appeal solution.

    I cant believe my ASIN is active again, it did take a long time, but was well worth the wait as my income is mainly from amazon. My ASIN was down because of IP infringement, they said they could help and they delivered. Would really like to give a big thank you to emily!!

    They stuck with me until the listing suspension was removed. It tooks several emails, but their instructions were clear.

    Price was very reasonable compared to other service providers. You pay one fee and they will work on your case until every option has been exhausted.

    Do not do anything else until you contact Thompson and Holt

    What were the positives?

    You have been suspended. You are freaking out. DO NOT CONTACT AMAZON. Contact Thompson and Holt. Your first response gets read by Amazon the quickest. You want that to be the response that solves the problem. If anyone can give you this response, Thompson and Holt can. Our first response (with no help from Thompson and Holt) was read 9 hours after we submitted it. Then we contacted T and H. The second appeal was responded to 48 hours after we submitted it (and I think we go lucky!) Make sure that your first appeal is the right one.

    Any negatives?

    When your account is suspended, the minutes pass like hours. You want an immediate response to your inquiry. You may have to wait an hour or two. Ours was a weekend case. We are in a time zone about 6 hours behind T and H. Please take this into account.

    Lucy and her team did exactly what they set out to do. I was reinstated within 72 hours.

    Zero complaints. Email correspondence was clear and prompt. As any service on the internet, it comes with some skepticism. Granted. With the first email communication, I was put at ease with what the process would be and the intended outcome. With less than 10 emails going back and fourth, the account was reinstated.

    I was even informed of after sales service which entails account management which is an added bonus.

    Shocking Service with No Result

    We paid Thompson & Holt a significant amount to help with an old Amazon account in the USA which had been suspended.

    After lots of to-ing and fro-ing (we're talking months and months) and basically sending the same email to the same email address over and over again, I decided to look further into the appeal they had written.

    To my horror, T&H had not even addressed all of the points of concern that Amazon raised. I mean - even I could see that (maybe I should have done it myself!)

    At this point, having wasted 6 months of repeatedly sending an appeal which was never going to work, I pointed out the issue (and also several other claims which their website had made which certainly hadn't happened in our case) to one of the partners in the business and said that under the circumstances I thought it was fair that we have our money back.

    He flat out refused, claiming that they were entitled to the money as they had helped out with our case, and that they would be happy to continue working with us. No mention or apology about the missing important info from the appeal.

    I replied stating that I had little confidence in them any more, and did they have any other plan besides sending the same email over and over again, to which I never received a reply - and thats where our experience ended.

    In the end I went to Amazon Sellers Attorney who completed an appeal which not only addressed everything that was required, but also in a much more detailed appeal (and we're talking about 3x the detail of the Thompson & Holt appeal).

    So while for some people T&H did a great job, its not quite as clear cut as their sales patter makes out.

    After sending two appeal letters to Amazon and none of them got accepted, I was almost sure there is no way to get our account back. (Suspension 3 days prior to Christmas...yay!!! :evil
    During our research we found Thompson &Holt, and upon reading every review we decided to try them.
    To be completely honest I was afraid but I had more to loose than just £400, four years of my work was at stake and bigger part of our income.
    After sending our new appeal letter with plan of action written by Lucy our account got reinstated after 5 days. With no additional information needed.

    Contact was good and transparant with Thompson and Holt. They provided a good Plan of Action for Amazon within 24 hours. We did send the Plan of Action to Amazon, it took some time before Amazon responded, but we got the approval. Also the contact while waiting for a reply from Amazon with Thompson and Holt was good, they adviced us with another letter.

    Fast reinstatement with Amazon

    After submitting my problem in writing to Thompson and Holt, including all correspondence with Amazon, and paying the fee, I received an email saying that Katie would be helping me. Within 24 hours I had an appeal letter. I asked to edit a few sentences, and received a prompt reply plus further direction. I submitted the appeal letter on 24th December, and got a reply from Amazon on Christmas Day, stating that my account was reinstated. Wow. I am impressed. Use Thompson and Holt!     Rapid and Efficient Account Reinstatement

    After over 7 months of suspension and 14 Appeal Letters and POA we turned to Thompson and Holt. After providing them with all required information we have received the bespoke Appeal within 24h. The reinstatement notification followed after 5 business days, which is a mere second compared to 7 months of suspension.     First thing to say is that Thompson & Holt will not take a case on unless they are confident of getting an account reinstated. For anyone wanting to know how they do it, its simply because they understand not only what is required to get an account reinstated but they know how to write it in a form that Amazon want to see it. Amazon does not work in a logical way, they work in their way. Our account was reinstated on the 3rd email sent to seller support, so be aware it might take a few messages but Thompson and Holt will stick with you until the job is done.

    Trusted company with quick sucess

    Having had previous experience dealing with Amazon Performance Team and their scrunity of Plan of Action letters etc, we needed a fast and effective solution to get our account reinstated. Whilst the fee of £400 may seem steep, I decided to proceed on the basis that if it would save me time (and effort) and was successful in getting us reinstated faster, then I would be saving money with respect to loss of revenue from otherwise having our suspension upheld. Therefore I proceeded on this basis and within 24 hours had a comprehensive POA letter which I could tell had been constructed to basically tell Amazon what they wanted to hear, but proved to be effective, as within submitting it we were reinstated within just 4 hours. I can't recommend Thompson and Holt enough if you are willing to pay to get your account reinstated quickly and hassle free.

    My listing was blocked due to copyright infringement. I started a chat on this company's website and agreed to cooperate with them. I paid a fee and in 24 hours I received the full text of very professionaly written email, prepared to send to Amazon. 8 hours after sending this email, Amazon support informed me that my ASIN has been reinstated. It was just... wow! After about another 4-5 hours It was active and I could sell again. I did not do anything else, only paid the fee and sent the email 🙂 I am very delighted with the service!     I wouldn't have known were to start with help from T&H

    I'm giving Thompson & Holt 5 stars because I got my suspension lifted after 8 days. Most likely I would have stumbled around trying to figure things out by myself for longer than that. And then I would probably done it wrong.

    The response to my questions was very timely even though England is 5 hours ahead of my local time.

    The only thing I think they should do is to have a questionnaire to fill out so they would have a better idea of the kind of seller I am before the process started. This is only a small thing in that it all turned out good.

    This is a great value at about 25% of what many charge.

    I never thought I would need help getting unsuspended but after getting a run around for 2 weeks from Amazon's bots I decided I was getting nowhere. The final straw was when Amazon requested that I send them invoices of items I will be listing in the future. It was at that moment I decided to reach out to Thompson & Holt.     I thought the service and knowledge around reinstating our Amazon account was great.     Our two Accounts USA and UK were reinstated by Thompson and Holt. First our UK account was suspended by a complain from a seller and we have tried for two months by sending with appeal letter and plan of action but every time they have rejected it. We were very disappointed and hopeless. We contacted some of our friends and from of our friend we have got contact detail for Thompson and Holt. We have contacted them and bought 24 hours amazon account suspension appeal services. They have sent us with appeal letter in less than 24 hours and we have sent that appeal to amazon seller performance. After sending that appeal letter and plan of action, we have received an email from amazon within 6 hours that we may sell on Amazon and that was the happiest moment of my life because this was the only source of my income and we are selling on Amazon without any issue. And from than on our trust has grown with Thompson and Holt. The second time our account in USA was suspended, because we were not providing prepaid return postage to our buyers which was a violation of Amazon policy. We knew where we can go and without any delay we have used the same services from Thompson and Holt and our account was reinstated within 2 days.

    After our accounts were reinstated twice our sales is going and without any delay we are back on track. I can't complain anything about there services because everything was perfect and professional.

    Reinstated within 4 days

    My account suspended on 26 June, I send many letters to seller performance team with myself until Amazon request POA, after that I send a letter in 2 times but Amazon doesn't accept my plan.

    So I contact ThompsonandHolt to help this case on 3 Jul. Catie contact me on 3 Jul. She is very professional. She read and analyse all message between me and Amazon. And she finds out the root cause of my problem. Finally, Amazon accepts my plan and reinstated my account within 4 days. I would like to guarantee.     Reinstated after ten days

    My account was suspended, I sent many mail to seller performance team, but our account can't be reinsated, after thompsonandholt's help, our account was reinsated after waiting ten days.

    Their service is very good, they always gave a very quick reply. their appeal mail is very effective, just one mail, don't have any change, then our account is reinsated. Here I strongly recommend this company. they are really doing good job. You can see their price is not as high as other company, they are real expert in this field.

    These guys are the REAL DEAL. Very professional. My account was down for 7 days and I had tried appealing 2 times. Once they became involved, I was reinstated 2 days later. They're awesome. I highly recommend them They know what they are doing and my original appeal was pretty good. HOwever, it definitely needed tweaking. Steve Thompson was able to assist. His communication was great and my appeal was done within 3 hours.

    This is a FAR superior service than Seller Care or other services.

    After paying £400,actually being able to speak to somebody about the issue would have been helpful. They only interact via email. Reminds me of the company I was trying to get account back with. Not a good way of doing business in my opinion!

    The support was usually ok but other times had to email them 3 times to even get a response. Never did get the account back reinstated which was disappointing.

    I'm just so glad I didn't pay for the super quick,expensive super quick service they offer.

    Fast and efficient service - and it worked

    What were the positives?

    Quick response to emails. Real people. Very competitively priced compared with similar offshore services.
    Had an Amazon EU shop that had been dead for over 2 years and Amazon were no longer even replying to emails or our appeals so had given up any real hope. With sales increasing we thought it might be worth a try. Incredibly it did work and the account was live with a few days and is now making more profit for us which easily covers the price of the service.
