Summary
I have been using it since it's Beta phase. The development went pretty fast and the developer was tremendously responsive to all my requests. The software was the prefect fit especially for wholesale and/or arbitrage trade opportunities over Amazon. Additionally with the twin speed power feature, there is a double (turbo) speed data download rate where you can get 200,000 SKU's around in just 5 minutes. The customer service was awesome with highly prompt response rate. I have been using it for my business in Germany and it was the perfect fit for the task. German market and/or European markets does not have such software choices so much.

Summary
It gives more than what you need and has responsive support. All my emails were responded in less than 3 hours so far. With the last version we can request support from the application as well which makes everything easier. It could be better if it would accept "a mixed list" of UPC, ISBN and ASIN and process accordingly. Most of our wholesale lists have mixed codes and we have to process the same list two times if we want to process books by ISBN and other merchandise by UPC but overall it's still a great solution for me.

Summary
I used to pay $69 for a similar product and it's now more expensive. This gives me exactly what I want and also easier to use it. I need to check different things for my wholesale, arbitrage and book price lists. It allows me to create custom templates for each and pick what I need for the task. It's also very fast and robust. I can run huge ISBN lists (~250K) for flip. I usually leave it open at night with those lists and get the results in the morning. Had no issue so far. During the day, I run the shorter arbitrage lists sent by my VA and the lists of my wholesale suppliers. Pros: Fast, robust, colorful Excel output, custom templates, can include shipping, prep costs, and any column of input file. Cons: No support for Mac, I have to use it with Virtualbox on my Macbook Air. Support: Better than I expected. They solved my problem in a few hours and extended my subscription 3 days for free. ps. I'm not sure if it is still valid but I tested the full version free for two weeks with special offer code "FREETRIAL". Just try it or ask them to verify.

Summary
I have tens of price lists from my wholesale suppliers and book sellers. Before AMZ PIRANHA it used to take several days to analyze them and decide what to buy. Since I'm in Germany, it's hard to find an Amazon software which supports European markets by default. A friend of mine suggested it and I tried it two weeks before subscribing. Now, it takes only a few minutes to process thousands of products. It gives me all the information and I can customize the output as I want. Even better, all these information are grouped by different colors/styles which makes easy to understand everything. Last but not least, I always get a response in a few hours to my questions and requests. I had a small problem here due to different formatting. They solved it in just a few hours and updated the application. Only missing thing to me is VAT calculations which is an important detail for European markets but they told me that they were working on it and it will be ready in the upcoming days.
