Did not collect fees from outlets, charged me during trial period, will not refund
What where the positives?
Webgility provided a consultant to get started, integration was simple
Any negatives?
It does not gather any fees from Amazon or Shopify. I discovered this during the trial period but they had already charged me for 3 months service. All attempts at getting a refund has been met with unanswered emails and calls.
Summary
I have to assume that their software is not good enough to be profitable because their business model includes deceptive marketing and taking money for services they didn't provide.
