What were the positives?
MarketplaceWorks is an answer to my challenges. It has enabled me to streamline my processes through automatic inventory downloads, multi-site listings management, and automatic drop shipping. It also has a wealth of free tools that I am looking into using now to expand my business. With such tight margins and the low cost of MarketplaceWorks, using this system is a no-brainer.
They also offer rapid personal support. Point-of-fact, they walked me through the setup process. I would highly suggest using their free 30-min setup consultation; even though the platform is quite user-friendly, walking through it with them let me start running with it right away.
Any negatives?
Not if you use their support and free setup consultation. They are hands-on with their assistance.
Overall
Fantastic platform. Low price. They obviously have extensive experience in multichannel sales based on what I see.
