I hadn't heard of 247 Commerce before I visited an eCommerce show recently but I'm so pleased I’ve moved to their all in one solution. As an extra benefit, requesting extra features to be created is simple as 247 staff will help you. They are always there to answer your questions and help regarding integration, they had helped me set-up my marketplaces, website and they also suggest new ideas on certain problems that may arise. Easy, straightforward and very helpful customer service team. Highly recommended.

What where the positives?

It's not often i can be overwhelmed with a service these days, but this is as good as it gets. 247 were easy to contact , always had somebody on hand to deal with any issue within a few hours. A lesson for bigger companies. Totally happy with this service a breath of fresh air.

Any negatives?

no, 2 to 3 week Free trial of their software is testament to how good this is

Highly recommended!!

What where the positives?

No need to keep juggling multiple software or systems, such as a repricer, product listing, order management and sales report manager. This is being done all under one roof and with unlimited user with different roles which can be assigned. If you are not sure about features or want to find out more information their support team are easy to reach. There have been times where I would call them even though it was out of office hours and was able to get in contact with them. I have seen an increase of sale growth by ten folds using 247 and not only by reducing processes and automating some key parts which have saved me valuable time and money. On top of that 247 commerce where more than happy to sit down with me anytime regarding custom features which I had requested down the line.

Summary

Who would have guessed you didn't need three different systems to manage to sell across different marketplaces. Coming from Channel Advisor which most of the major processes was manual and moving to 247 Commerce which they had automated those same processes. Currently, 247 has done a complete order automation from all the different marketplaces and accounts to our in-house stock management system. This actually has allowed us to expand our business to even more marketplaces on 247 as well as improving other aspects of the business. We are also adding products onto marketplaces with minimal data provided, not only major business processes being automated but now we do not require full data to be uploaded to marketplaces. Minimal data while still keeping high sales rank of the products we are listing is also a bonus, this had allowed us to list new lines of products first.

From Channel Advisor to 247 Commerce

Used to be a ChannelAdvisor user for just over a 2 years but it has been next to impossible to get new features. I was contacted by 247commerce while looking for an alternative to CA, they answered all of my questions and also created features which I requested. The move from Channel Advisor to 247 Commerce was quick and simple as they had helped me us transfer the data . The support was and continues to be very responsive, even if the queries are trivial. I would definitely recommend 247 and look forward to a long and successful partnership with them.

What where the positives?

247 has been a good product for us because it is growing with our company and has been a good fit for our listing needs. We are very happy with the product and would recommend them to anyone. The service is just how you expect a professional company to be, I am glad that we found them to enable our business to grow.

Worst decission we took

What where the positives?

In the beginning, the support was helpful and quick. Good price.

Any negatives?

Many things. The repricing feature is the worst I've seen (strategies not flexible, you have to set manually the min and max price or with an Excel: it does not calculate authomatically behind the cost price; if you change the strategy CloudHub does not change the prices authomatically and you have to ask for it and wait), the stock management is too simple, we got lot of problems, some of them was not resolved after weeks. In the last month, the software simply was not repricing properly. OUR REVENUE DECREASED ABOUT 50% AFTER MOVING TO THIS SOFTWARE.

Life Saver System and Team. Saves you time and money. It’s Far better than all the Big Names out there that will lock you up on a Contract and charge you fortunes. 247 team are always available and will listen to you and will design the system to work around your needs. Send in new challenge, before long, they will crack it and get it live. I Highly recommend 247 Commerce for anyone that is serious on staying ahead of competition Online. Software quick and easy to use, works well. Very speedy order download from marketplaces. Re-pricing solution available for Amazon that boosted sales. Overall I am very impressed. Our eBay listings are now mobile responsive and we are about to have a Magento site developed

We have been using 247 Commerce's products and services for many years now and have seen significant growth in sales. Support, online chat support is quite handy and they are always available to help be it a small design or an in-depth strategy implementation. They also manage our SEO activities. Over the years we have asked for many changes from design tweaks to business logic update for wholesale website pricing to custom reports and the have always delivered within a reasonable time.
