"Amazon Sellers Attorney" was a huge help in getting my sellers account reactivated. I am a new seller and my sellers account was deactivated the morning after I took it live. Amazon said they found another seller account I was using to conduct business with them. I've never had another seller account with them. After filing several appeals with Seller Support, a case with the Seller Performance team, and receiving a notification 30 days into this that they were going to dispose of my inventory within the next 30 days, I reached out the Amazon Seller Attorney for assistance. They helped me reach out to the Seller Performance Team and they offered me sound advice on the options I had to resolve my deactivation. After conducting some additional research we found out what happened and I was able to get my account reactivated. I also kept all of my inventory. Thank goodness. I received a Received Intellectual Property Complaints on 7th July I also approached Amazon Sellers Attorney on the same day, I sent over all the details that I have received, I was informed that they will be able to do this POA, but I was a bit worried that will they be able to do it as they were asking for the money upfront and this was also non-refundable the amount was a large amount, I still took the risk and paid them. I was explained step by step guide what to do, and what was to be doing, this appeal process did take time, going back and forth, in October I was beginning to give up on this, I approached Nadia the final time to say that nothing has happened, and After 3 months of waiting for any reply and being dragged without any logical explanation, I see no hope in this and then next day I got a simple message saying my ASIN have been relisted. What where the positives?

After speaking with this group Amazon Sellers Attorney over the phone, through chats, and emails I felt assured that they would be able to help me get my Amazon Seller's account reinstated, HOWEVER that never happened... I decided to go with their 'services' and ended up receiving some generic drafts of emails with fill-in-the-blank sections with my info input inside of. I did as they suggested and sent the emails, the escalations, the reminders, etc... I was informed to keep waiting as it may take time to receive a response from Amazon. It has been over 10 months now and I still have not received one single reply/response from Amazon. After seeing absolutely no results, I kindly asked for a partial refund if not full and they refused. I filed a claim with the bank, showing all of my proof of my emails back and forth with Amazon Sellers Attorney and me doing as they suggested and not receiving any response from Amazon and it was denied. I truly feel I was offered falsely rendered services and expectations. I truly feel robbed and lied to. What where the positives?

Being a first time seller on Amazon, I mistakenly unprofitably sold a patented product. I was in the process of having Amazon destroy the remaining inventory when I received word from Amazon, they were removing the listing. I wasn't really concerned because I was already in the process not selling the product but Amazon held the payments of the sales of my second product I was in the process of selling. Initially, I thought Amazon was holding payments because I never had a good selling product and they needed to know it wouldn't be returned in large quantities. After 30 days, my payments were still on hold. I finally spoke with a competent seller central rep and they told me the payments will NOT be released until a settlement is made with the patent holder. TOTALLY UNFAIR and I can go on for days about Amazon's power to freeze unrelated payments but there's too much to say about that topic. The fortunate thing I can say is Amazon didn't deactivate my account, they only froze all payments. Also, I tried to message Amazon about their right to hold payments unrelated to the patented product and never received a response. Another call to seller central support revealed that basically Amazon will only reverse their restriction when the patent holder sends them confirmation of a settlement. I googled attorneys for Amazon sellers. I actually found Mr. Eade when reading a review about another attorney's services and in one of the bad reviews, the person mentioned they had to get a second attorney (Mr. Eade) so that's how I learned about his services. Before I paid for his services, I asked alot of questions which he answered before I made a payment to him. I wanted to know how cases like mine pan out and his answers never guaranteed a result. His answers stated possible results and also what action could be taken if the desired result wasn't achieved. I appreciated the honesty in his replies. Also, he responded quickly to all my questions. Result - (As per the agreement I signed to resolve the issues, I cannot reveal exact details of the settlement) but when I emailed the patent holder's attorney before obtaining Mr. Eade's services, they only reduced their settlement offer by a half. With Mr Eade's help, the final settlement was a quarter of the original settlement amount.

The one thing I would like to reveal to allow anyone reading this review, I did NOT sell many of the patented product. The argument to the patent holder was I sold 120 sets and if those sales produced $10 profit (which they didn't for me - all sales were unprofitable due to high PPC spend), those sales in theory took $1200 from the patent holder's pocket. If you add court fees to that amount, I don't believe the settlement amount should be more than $2000. The result was more which I wasn't pleased about and I don't know how courts would rule on cases like these and I don't blame the patent holder because if I had a patent and someone sold my product, I would hope to have recourse but I do NOT agree that Amazon should have the right to hold profits from another product and hold your account "hostage" until you settle with the patent holder. I agree that Amazon should have the right to remove a listing and not allow you to continue sales and I agree if your account gets multiple strikes for selling patented products, your account should be suspended but to hold your payments "hostage" is NOT ethical. I mistakenly sold a patented product. It was my first attempt to sell a product on Amazon and it was a valuable and costly mistake. One last point about Amazon - when a patent holder presents a patent to Amazon, they should have the ability to immediately shut listings down. This product is still being sold by knowing and unknowing sellers. Amazon could stop this but they don't. They allow the sellers to sell the product then wait for the patent holder to get a temporary restraining order against the sellers and then hold all their payments which includes any proceeds from other unrelated products. I think the patent is making more money suing sellers than selling the product itself. I know it is the sellers responsibility to check for patents. Patent searches are difficult and require an expert. When you first sell on Amazon, you don't know how and the product may not sell successfully so to add a patent search to an already costly start-up, most beginners will not add that as a necessary expense. This was my mistake for sure and I paid for it. If you want honesty and quick replies, I highly recommend Mr Eade's services. He was very firm in his responses to the patent holder's attorney and he got it done which was reducing the settlement order and getting the frozen payments released. Solid advice and timely responses.

I have been selling on amazon for almost a year and with new products coming out, launching costs are always a crucial investment to get the exposure and ranking to setup the success for the future. Our company has done FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) for a couple of products for almost a decade now with no problems - until a single customer submitted a review of 1 product claiming that she must have received a used unit instead of new. The Amazon bot went on red alert and put a special prohibition on our account disallowing us to continue sending manufacturer inventory to our own listing as it had determined based on that review that we submit inventory in used condition. After 3 months of total black hattery from Amazon seller support, we were stumped; in the past, we had always been able to at least use plain English to communicate our issue, often even to an actual human being in seller support. We were to learn that Amazon "product quality" team & "seller compliance" are a completely different source of evil, equipped with staggering proportions of incompetence & forced to use canned responses they apparently cannot even read / comprehend themselves. These treacherous gatekeepers of the 10th circle of hell (FBA) do not speak any common language known to mankind, but rather they skim via filter or algorithm of some esoteric manner that only reads "Plans of Actions" in the language of Bezos. These Plans of Actions must be styled in a middle school-style outline suited to a 2 year old's reading level, and require the seller to lie extensively in order to account for Amazon's epic failures. We attempted to craft our own PoA in the language of America's presiding bald satan of commerce, yet we could not lie cleverly enough suit the devils. Self-contradicting canned responses threatening to close our seller account for the offense of their own team's illiteracy left us perplexed. We had wasted enough time and vexation on this maddening rabbit hole into Jeff Bezos' catacombs of commercial futility - it was time to call in the experts. Kenneth Eades and his cohorts at Amazon Sellers Attorney spared me an unimaginable amount of frustration and possibly an aneurysm. I pray to all heavenly deities he is granted whatever spiritual and material manifestations of bliss he seeks for the mind-breaking labor he performs. He wrote endless email drafts for us, immaculately formatted and always emphasizing correctly the exact idiot hypocrisy revealed in each of Jeff Bezo's representatives' responses. Yet Kenneth's team was with us every step of the way. Not only did his team draft a truly astonishing number of emails for us, but they delivered them quickly at the merest ping, and were quick to answer our questions with honesty, even when the truth was painful. By month 8, we had truly begun to lose hope, nonetheless... would Amazon agents ever learn to read? Are American children doomed to be illiterate, just like this? Amazon suspended my two listings due to trademark infringement. I did everything i was asked by Amazon to resolve the complaint with the trademark holder and eventually the trademark holder retracted the complaint and sent an email directly to Amazon sellers to reinstate my account. However, Amazon seller did not respond to the retraction email sent by the patent holder. They did not respond to my emails either. They actually rejected my appeals for the same reason they suspended my listings even though we DID present all the requirements. So we found Kenneth online and he sounded very familiar with my issues and laid out the steps he would take to tackle the issues. Amazon DOES NOT mess around with suspensions, violations and appeals. Make sure you call in the calvary i.e. Kenneth Eade who would provide you expert advice on what needs to be done in your situation. We had an issue with account suspension in which Kenneth drafted us a Plan of Action within his promise of 48 hrs (in our case it was over the weekend and he still rushed it out for us). Most importantly Kenneth was there all the way with us till we managed to get our account back. We attribute his advice to be 100% the reason why we were able to get our account reinstated. Thanks Kenneth for having our back. The fees charged are very reasonable and we would highly recommend his service. 5 Stars !!!

Before working with Kenneth Eade we had some really bad experiences with other "high praised attorneys". They have been fast in charging money but super slow in taking action. It´s a completely different experience with Ken. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANYONE ELSE. KEN IS YOUR GUY! I searched around for someone to help me with my Amazon account that was prohibited from selling for nearly 3 years. I had emailed Amazon on many occasions to no avail. I relentlessly asked them what they needed from me or what they were looking for but never got a solid answer. I began to search online for a company that might be able to help. Most of the places claiming they could help didn’t even have a phone number but I found one that looked legitimate. excellent appeal letter, Kenneth and his staff know how to write appeals that address the root cause of your suspension and how to fix it. Kenneth, got my Amazon seller account back. I was banging my head going back and forth with Amazon seller support for a month. I asked Kenneth for help. He saw the flaw in my appeal and wrote me a new one. I submitted to Amazon and got the $3K they were holding from me and the ability to sell on the platform again. Kenneth and his staff were responsive to chat and email. In addition, they were courteous and prompt with responses. I highly recommend their services. PERFECT amazon seller lawyer that beat anything

What where the positives?
