Luke is the best of FBA Prep Poland
What where the positives?
Luke, the person that is responsible for our account, is amazing. He is very efficient and always wants to help. Responds to e-mails at the time he receives them. Our orders are sent in 24 to 48 hours. Any problem with inventory, he is always there for us.
Any negatives?
All communication is through e-mails. Could have a platform so we could have easy access to our inventory, orders, and communicate with the team.
Summary
It is very good to have a great team taking care of our inventory.

What where the positives?
1) Customer Service - Top notch customer service. whenever we had any issue, they were able to support us quickly and professionally. 2) Knowledgeable and professional - Luke, our account manager, is extremely knowledgeable and understands the how to work with Amazon Fulfilment centres through and through. 3) Quick - Most importantly, these guys are able to react to most of our orders in the same day!
Any negatives?
None that I can think of. Even when we had delays with sending goods because of issues with the shipping company (for example DPD), Luke had kept us informed and did the best to help
Summary
It has been a pleasure to work with Luke from FBA-Prep. We are a printing company based in Manchester and we needed a storage solution for units that we were not able to sell during Christmas 2020. Luke and his team were absolutely godsend to our situation. 1) Removal Orders - Firstly, we created removal orders and had our excess stock sent from Amazon to FBAprep warehouse. They kept us informed when they received the goods. 2) Sending inventory to an Amazon Fulfilment centres - whenever we needed to send additional inventory, we emailed the shipping labels to Luke and the shipment would be sent over the same day. 3) Fulfilling orders (Fulfilment by Merchant) - The people that we worked with from the company are very knowledgeable and helped us understand the FBM process in order to start fulfilling Merchant fulfilled orders by ourselves. FBA Prep has an automated system that integrates with Amazon and automates the entire process.

I've been with Luke and his team since the beginning of 2019. It's been a pleasure to see their business grow over the years, together with mine. Prep is always very fast. They've never charged me for any of the mistakes that I did along the way, which were completely my fault. Awesome location for Pan EU FBA.
