    Excellent training and powerful tool!

    What were the positives?

    Ease of use, very methodical and clear. Powerful for optimizing listings and PPC advertising campaigns. MaryKay was extremely helpful and friendly as she showed me how to use MBS.

    By far the most comprehensive Amazon software

    This is by far the most comprehensive Amazon software our company has ever seen. Bravo to your team - we've been looking for months for someone that could give us a single solution to everything we're currently paying for. To put it in perspective, we had Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerBoard, AMZmailer, and a few others. It gave me a headache every day jumping back and forth between them - as a business owner, checking things like this are the last thing I want to do. And we STILL didn't have half of the data that is at our fingertips with ManageByStats.

    I had a full-time VA who's sole job was to scrape data from our Amazon account so that we could track what their dashboards show. And we were doing it in an excel spreadsheet, which once you get to a certain size is extremely inefficient. Bravo as well for the ability to aggregate the data from multiple Amazon accounts.

    We were on the verge of spending around $20,000 to build it ourselves, just so our company could have similar software... Thank you! If you ever need a review, let us know.

    My ONE tip to them: Make it so that we can aggregate our Shopify data (from multiple stores) and Google/Bing/Yahoo/FB/IG and other ad platform spend/conversions in here, and we'll love you forever.

    What were the positives?

    The instruction about using Sellermail is very good and the functionality is amazing.

    I am so glad that Sellermail supported me with an important mail to my customers
    First I sent the mail manually which caused lack of sleep as I had to send mails in the night to be in time.
    So I love Sellermail as it " saved my life " !!! I will use more options soon.

    Great team and very responsive

    What were the positives?

    products are easy to use and team is super supportive, informative and responsive. I get great value from customer information and repeat customers. We also love the fact that we can see a dashboard and profitability of our overall business. Amazon lacks this information and we can get this in one page is very valuable. We are also planning to use email service to be able to reach our customers in the future

    Wonderful Tool and Customer Support

    Excellent too for managing my Amazon business. Sales reporting, forecasting, profit analysis, customer communications, advertising metrics, product reviews, etc., are a few of the features.

    Support is there when you need it, from onboarding to problem-solving and customization for your business needs. For example, I changed SKU names in Amazon Seller Central and thought I lost a lot of sales history. Not so, MBStats Support helped fix the problem quickly and easily (very knowledgeable and professional).

    MBStats is a great resource and value (reasonable cost).

    The best Amazon seller stats tool period.

    We tried a lot of Amazon stats tools before we finally ended up on MBS, and what a difference and breath of fresh air it is! You can really tell it's built by people who actually sell on Amazon and use the software themselves. The detail and flexibility is fantastic. It's not the cheapest, but is well worth it and you'll be glad you went straight to MBS over others. You can add functionality and expand your access to it's feature set as you need, so it can start off relatively affordable. Plus support is responsive and actually cares. Highly recommended!

    Excellent product, even better customer service.

    Most Amazon services do similar things, but when something goes wrong the help is nowhere to be found (and something always goes wrong, with any software sooner or later).
    That's not the case with MBS. The help is SWIFT and THOROUGH! In fact, I've never had customer service this good, even from non-ecommerce companies.
    They have literally saved me money by being so on top of fixes. I have bled money elsewhere waiting painfully for a response to an issue for days that directly affected my bottom line.
    So needless to say, they have a customer for ss long as I have an Amazon store.

    Mary Kay is a Rock Star!! GIVE THAT LADY A RAISE! She was willing to spend the time needed to explain to me so much of what I didn't understand and help me build an email campaign that I would not have figured out on my own.     Two thumbs up

    MBS is a great timesaver in my business and that is what we all want. With a couple of clicks I can see all of the information I need. I love the new dark theme! My eyes are tired of the bright white on all of the screens and this dark theme really helps.
    Every time I have called with an issue, I speak to MaryKay who helps me understand the how to's or she gets the issue to someone who can fix it. Thank you so much for all you do MaryKay!
    The only bad thing I have to say is the joke in this month's newsletter was really bad!

    Excellent Service and Respond Times!

    Anytime I have opened a case with MBS, I have had an initial response in less than 24 hours--often within a few hours.
    Problems get resolved quickly

    This latest issue was regarding the mobile app--which I have come to rely on when i am away from my desk. The functionality on it is great, I can keep track of all my clients as if I was looking at my laptop screen. It is awesome to use. I am hoping you keep adding to its functionality. I'd like to be able to adjust advertising on the fly or look at how keywords are trending. But for now, this is great and I was lost when it wasn't working--thanks for the quick response and fix

    What were the positives?

    Incredibly insightful look into the numbers of my Amazon business. Manage by Stats lives up to its name. Managing your Amazon business without this is like working on your business in the dark!

    Any negatives?

    So far having a pretty easy time using it except for a bug that was promptly fixed after I raised the issue with their support. Issue fixed within a day or two. That's incredibly fast!

    Overall

    Fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly support. Familiar names so you feel like you're getting to know their support team. Called in one day and their phone support was every bit as helpful. They're not afraid to go above and beyond to make sure your issue is fixed.

    The only soft that works

    Before Manage vy Stats I had have signed up with all soft applications existing in the market, and regret to say that neither was able to make the reporting easier than amazon portal does, so after a free trial I'd go back to crunching numbers in excel.
    Not to mention that I felt sometimes unsafe to disclose all the data, some of my bestsellers mysteriously appeared on amz after signup with several 3rd party amz reporting tools. That might be a coincidence or might be not.

    I am extremely happy I finally found Manage by Stats, its accurate and presents the data perfectly, easy to read and understand, and make decisions based on accurae data. All I need to have quick access to is there. Well done!

    Customer Service

    We use Manage By Stats for our client follow-up email service, keyword tracking and customer tracking along with their other valuable services.
    Manage By Stats provides an excellent service and as relatively new Amazon Sellers, they have really helped us grow and understand the business. We recently ran out of product and managed to delete our account and create a mess. I truly realized how exceptional Manage by Stats is when they helped us work through this problem, that we had created. Plus, they could not have been any nicer to deal with. Manage by Stats saved the day with their amazing customer service.

    Excellent platform and customer service

    An excellent platform for all tiers of Amazon vendors. Most importantly the customer service and the willingness to go above and beyond shows this team has a genuine interest in their clients.

    SellerMail is the service I use the most and the set up process has been seamless with good templates to build email campaigns.

    The Dashboard is useful and helps clearly identify areas of improvement in my business.

    Best bang for buck

    What were the positives?

    It’s a robust product suite that is always being improved upon. We were able to ditch three other subscriptions when we signed up, so we saved money a received a better, more comprehensive product. Their referral program is also great, and we have been able to save even more every month by turning others onto MBS.

    Any negatives?

    I do wish the inventory tracking our products into inventory before a product is sold. Right now, it doesn’t add the product until after you sell one and when you are managing hundreds of skus, some may just not sell for a long time (if ever). Our inventory is never correct using this system. It forces us to continue to use a spreadsheet. I know it is possible because our old software added the product right away.

    Your dashboard is a compilation of everything AMZ seller needs.
    Your customer service is the best
    and your adding new functions is long term strategy to keep your customers (my included) happy and loyal

    Since you demand lengthy review, I was thinking of copying some chapters from Shakespeare's classical play Romeo & Juliet...but am sure it would be irrelevant, so I didn't

    But it seems your system insist on it and the 500 characters minimum, so here it is:

    Superb from day 1!!

    From the very first time I signed up with ManageByStats, it's been and continues to be an amazing and impressive suite!! Makes management, reporting/metrics, tracking and more a lot easier, tangible and visible! And when you top this off with customer support that should probably win an award, you know you have a first-class service.

    Fantastic Service

    I have been consistently wowed and impressed by the service and tools offered by MBS. As a new user, there's a lot for me to learn, and truly helpful support has been offered each step of the way. It's literally one click to send an email to support with your questions, and they respond in a timely manner with really helpful feedback.

    I've had some wonderful emails from MaryKay encouraging me that we were doing a great job and going out of her way to make sure the functions we're using worked as we needed them to.

    Learning all of the functionality of this vast and helpful tool can be a bit daunting, but the videos and support offered make it easy to go step-by-step, and I have confidence knowing that help is close by if I need it. I would highly recommend this service to all of my friends, and already have!

    A very helpful tool to excelling on Amazon. They are constantly innovating the platform and making things better. Clear, no fluff access to Amazon data...exactly what you need to sell more on Amazon. They offer many services and I use about half of them. All at affordable prices and prompt customer service.

    If you have a question, they get back to you super quickly with quality answers.

    So if you sell on Amazon and are looking to improve your sales, you need to use Manage By Stats to understand your data which they help you do.

    extreme value

    What were the positives?

    I found the information, overall, to be extremely helpful. Some of the added content was also invaluable, as in how to deal with account suspension (hasn't happened to me...yet), things to be aware of, cautions to avoid problems with Amazon, and some great tips. The humor is always great! Need to have something fun after reading some of the awful things sellers do to each other and Amazon frustrations.

    Overall

    An email was accidentally sent to me, and they quickly hunted it down, took care of it, checked my account and apologized. Awesome response.

    Superb!

    This program puts in a system where one can track what one is doing. Amazon stats are okay, but they are so short term that one cannot manage accurately. ManageByStats solves this.

    If one tries to run any activity on no stats or on memory of stats, one is going to make mistakes - if you have accurate statistics, you can actually see changes - where one was last doing well, where statistics go down and then locate what changed. ManageByStats facilitates this - big time.

    It's invaluable for me in running an Amazon business - one is running on hearsay and hot air without ManageByStats in my opinion.

    Invaluable Software for my Business

    Manage By Stats is an invaluable software for my business that offers many solutions that enable me to run my business based on statistics and real data. There are also tools that allow my customer service department to better help our customers faster and marketing tools to allow us to build up our customer database. All in all, Manage By Stats is a tool and resource that I highly recommend and I tell all of my business associates about it. A must-have for any Amazon business owner.

    Best Stat Management Software for Amazon Sellers

    I have tried several stat and inventory management systems to manage my Amazon business and this one is the best by far.

    The Customer Service is second to none.

    The numbers are gotten regularly, accurately and it is super stable.

    I would recommend this to any Amazon seller for getting all the numbers.

    Simple and effective sales tracking tool

    I purchased this service to integrate with my Amazon Seller Central login. It's a well-known fact that the Amazon seller metrics are...less than ideal. Manage by Stats shows me customers' names, addresses, email (encrypted) and all the data I need to follow up with them. I can run reports to find the customers who purchase more than once and a whole lot more that I haven't even learned yet.
    Mostly I use MBS for getting in touch with customers for customer service. Recently I signed up for the Email Append service which helps me to find their real email addresses so I can ask customers to join my mailing list.
