I feel some of the reviews here are somewhat unfair.

What where the positives?

I'm just getting started with external fulfillment so perhaps not quite at the level where it makes sense plus Jan is a very quiet month for sales however I save an enormous amount of time and frankly, space, not having my stock cluttering up the place. The interface is very easy to use and stock is a) scanned in and b) dispatched very promptly during standard working hours. Customer service very efficient during onboarding - haven't had to contact anyone since I started sending my stock in which is how it should be!

Any negatives?

No Saturday dispatch (fair enough really - how many of us work over weekends?) Still finding my feet with products that make sense to fulfill vs not - you'll want a minimum £20 gross margin per item/order for this to make sense so having to revise what I stock The Shopify integration is a bit limited and won't work for my business due to having mixed order fulfillment. Would be nice if HERMES was available to cut back on postage costs for 'standard delivery' orders.

Summary

Easy to get started. Would recommend to anyone who has higher margin items that doesn't want to spend time packing, dealing with the post office etc. It does cost more than I originally factored in but ultimately what you're paying seems perfectly reasonable. Transitioning from dropshipping means I'm not quite used to UK postage prices but My Warehouse are very upfront with the costs. Potentially I'll see if there's an alternative for smaller items but I'm going to start stocking products that make more sense to use this service for and I expect it to go very well.

Their online portal is easy to use, orders are dispatched quickly and the service is good.

What where the positives?

We have been using mywarehouse since the beginning of 2021 and we have had no problems. Their pricing is very transparent and we reviewed it in detail before joining. All charges are as expected and clearly documented in detailed reports. Orders have been dispatched quickly and returns dealt with as we instructed. The cost is reasonable and on a par with what it would cost us if we did it ourselves.

Any negatives?

None so far.

Summary

I would recommend mywarehouse to any business looking for a simple solution for picking, packing and dispatching a product. In our case we are outside the UK and sell a small medical product direct to consumers in the UK. So far we have been very happy with mywarehouse.

I have been using since years with extremely few orders with no additional storage charges!

What where the positives?

All my Deliveries arrived timely. After understanding the transport options it worked accurately. Because I also use FBA I used mywarehouse extremely seldom and still they did never charge me fees for storage. Ok I did not have to much stored, but still I consider them extremely fair in pricing. Also very simple in use. I would say easier then amazon FBA.

Any negatives?

no

**You have been warned** - STAY FAR AWAY

What where the positives?

Nothing

Any negatives?

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Where do I start. No transparency in their pricing. Their online portal is setup & fixed in a way to charge you the most money possible when delivering a product and they won't tell you but quite easily rip you off for every delivery from picking to packing to posting. They will find a way to get as much money out of you for doing nothing. Postage & packaging cost are a rip-off, Sending stock on a pallet to them total rip-off. Every aspect of this company is a rip-off.

Summary

They will find a way to get as much money out of you for doing nothing. My stock was selling slowly and they decided to spring a monthly storage fee of £100 per month on me without giving me proper notice i.e. in an email. Due to the fact that I was selling next to nothing through their channel I eventually decided to remove all my stock from their warehouse and was rudely awakened by a £350 storage fee charge. When I confronted their MD about it, I was told they sent an email out to me notifying me of the new storage charges which was an absolute lie. They then told me that the notification i.e. PDF was uploaded to my portal and it was my issue for not going into the portal to look at the notification but guess what - this is where it gets more interesting. They had sneakily uploaded the pdf to my portal saying that it was sent out before which it wasn't. You think you're buying something in this case a service and you leave with nothing but paid them a ton of cash. No doubt they will reply with their version of events but look at the other reviews also giving them 1 star. That's telling you something.

Summary

They do run a shipping service, however once you send them stock you will incurr so many fees that seem ridiculous. I paid £55 just for 3 packages to be sent from UK to EU and they were all large letters! Each should cost no more than £10. I asked for my stock back because their service was too expensive and was told the shipping price would be £7.69. I was told to top up my balance and any remaining balance would be refunded. When I got the statement they added a bunch of additional fees not mentioned, it came to £87 ! Just for a box weighing 3kg Uk to UK!! When I asked about this they stopped replying to my messages. Terrible service, avoid at all costs!

Summary

Be aware , this company is a little cheesy . Asked them about long term storage policy and they tried in every possible way to avoid the answer. After several emails they finally admitted that they charge fees if a product is stored more than 6 months. When I asked what are the fees they for some reason decided not to answer but told us that they think their services are not suitable for us. That is unbelievable and it is also rude at the same time. Shame on them. Look at Amazon FBA as they are cheaper btw. Message to mywarehouse : Please be transparent about Long Term Storage Fees and put them on your website.
