    Ease of Use

    Pathetic + Non-Professional Service

    What were the positives?

    They just take orders and it's a positive side.

    Any negatives?

    - While pickup collection, they lost the packages before they reach at their Hub - Means, they don't scan 10%-20% packages at their Hub and never accept their mistake - They ask us to wait for 24 hours for depot sweep but they never respond back - After 3-4 days, if we ask , they become very rude and always say no package is find.
    Further, they even threat their Clients that they can close the account on asking straight forward questions.
    They also never respond back to the delivery issues within 24 hours - Sometime we have to send reminders + reminders + reminders.


    Overall, it's a worst service in UK - Very unprofessional staff - Very Rude Staff - Never assist properly.

    I paid for one day delivery and I received it 8 days after. They argued that they have lost the product but in fact they have lied without any reason to do this. worst company and worst customer service she dose not give you chance to talk .
    lost my parcel with amazon and they don't care , i am taking legal action . no thanks to your reply I emailed and asked to pas my email to MD and i called and I spoke to your service manager asked to ask MD to call me that was 3 weeks past and a lot of money spent in communication
