    “Unfortunately, our annual contracts are not refundable" and they keep your money. No way to cancel

    What were the positives?

    Not much at this point. There are better choices out there.

    Our Experiences are as follows: A SellerActive representative convinced us to Use a 3PL Deliverr and goto an annual contract. As we discovered and worked through problems with Deliverr and SellerActive for over a year. We tried hard to make it right but continued to lead to several issues of shipping failures 1% to 6%, tracking not being updated on occasion, and other issues. HUGE MISTAKE!

    In March 2021, our yearly annual payment with SellerActive was OVER TWICE THE AMOUNT FROM THE YEAR PRIOR! ($700 to $1700). In August, we just couldn’t take it anymore with Deliverr and SellerActive and decided to cancel our service with both companies. Deliverr charged monthly as SellerActive was yearly. I asked for SellerActive to prorate the remainder and give us a refund and was informed that they do not refund annual payments. I could not believe it after all the problems we went through. Candidly, I thought SellerActive would be reasonable and fair but in our case, NOPE. It didn’t have to be this way but it seems keeping our $1000 or so dollars are more important than being reasonable and fair. Boy I was wrong and disgusted.

    This was extremely upsetting for us and caused us to look at our other contracts with other providers and re-examine their policies. After asking SellerActive to reconsider, they replied saying, “Unfortunately, our annual contracts are not refundable".

    Overall

    Would I ever recommend SellerActive, HECK NO! There are way better choices and better service. If you are selling on Amazon, consider using Amazon Fulfillment Services for all of your 3PL needs. Shopify has several apps to make this work smoothly and, Walmart also has fulfillment services for your Walmart Orders. No need for a greedy third Party.

    STAY AWAY - LOTS OF PROMISES, ZERO RESULTS

    What were the positives?

    Non really any positives - Almost 2 years of wasted time and lots of money. When it worked correctly, I give it a C+ at best.

    Any negatives?

    Where do I begin? Empty promises to integrate our vast Amazon Inventory to eBay and eventually Walmart. They fired their entire implementation team for custom work and solutions in the middle of our set up. Set up was finished by an unqualified individual with horrible customer service manners. ebay conversion looked horrible. Every week there would be an issue of 1 or 2 items that we got orders for that were sold out on one channel but apparently not the other. Excuses were always given and we would often have to delete a SKU from the catalog to be "fixed" in 24 hours after the automated overnight re-import of data. The Guarantee to be expedited as a Walmart Seller through their connections was a load of crap, and never happened. We tested their "State of the Art Algorithmic Re-pricing Software" against our AppEagle software and it wasn't even close. SellerActive's re-pricer is not very customizable, makes mistakes often, and other times just didn't work at all. Bottom line, is we paid an outrageous sum of money (Nearly $4000 per year) for software that wasn't very intuitive, only worked 75% of the time, and overall, cost us more money in extra labor hours to fix issues than it made us.

    Lost thousands of dollars because they wouldn't refund
    Had angry customers thinking stuff was available for purchase.
    Had to spend tons of time fixing the issue myself

    not worth the money. zero customer support. I found a free software that works smoothly. this was a huge mistake financially.

    Screwed up our entire inventory. Support will not give us answers.

    The capability of integrations for multi-store management.

    Any negatives?

    Seller active would continuously manipulate out inventory- adding products we do not have and removing products we did have. We have spent weeks having to fix their mistake and cancel/refund orders. Huge loss of sales and not to mention the time paid for employees to fix, the loss of customers from having to cancel orders for sold out inventory. The search bar for finding products is very inconsistent and frustrating. Customer service takes a few days to resolve backend issues and comes off as annoyed when you consistently call for multiplying issues. Difficult to switch from store to store in app. The yearly cost to use seller active is non-refundable. Automations that were promised to be integrated were not.

    Empty promises, broken marketplaces, no help

    They pitch a hard sale in the beginning about all of the great things seller active can do. We have many channels, and were mostly needing their listing tools, which ultimately did not work. We were attempting to list to Jet, and they ended up creating a bunch of wrong listings that just sat in the account and no live listings ever created. I had to research on my own how to create the listings and was able to get them through by using ANOTHER application. I went back and forth with their support, who knew less about how the application worked than I did. They promised they would fix the errors, and it never happened. They promised this and that, and literally, none of it ever happened. Their "setup" fee is a ***, because they set up nothing and actually created a HUGE MESS in all of our accounts that I had to manually fix after leaving them. I wasted so much of my time with Seller Active, I wish I would have NEVER tried them out. They offered a full refund of my previous payment, and only sent part of it. Of course they would, right?

    Great Site For All Market Places For Heavy Sellers

    It is a great site to maintain the inventories and to unify the listings across many platforms. I gave one less star is only because of it's pricing. I find it too costly. Rest is all good.
