sellerboard's autoresponder can also automate Amazon’s “Request a Review” button, allowing sellers to create a campaign for all or only selected products, and decide when the requests should be sent.
sellerboard tracks all expenses, including FBA storage fees, refund processing costs, PPC costs, promotions, and fixed costs like prep center fees, to provide a complete financial overview.

I have been using this service for over 2 years. A clear and intuitive interface. Glad to constant updates. Different useful features are added with each update. In general, the service is 10+. I advise everyone.

Clean, clear interface.
Provides all the information you may need to understand your profits.
Pulls in all the expenses from Amazon, including PPCs, shipping, reimbursements, etc... And then you can add your own expenses outside of Amazon so you have a true net profit.
In addition, it provides reminders on when to replenish inventory, lets you keep track of costs by period, keyword tracking, etc...
They also have very responsive customer support and they are constantly innovating. And when you reach out with enhancement requests, they actaully listen and try to implement.
