They gave me 1 month free trial with only 200 skus

AVOID THIS COMPANY. IT WONT HELP YOU GROW. It will help you waste your money faster. We were a looking a service like this, to manage our eBay & Amazon account. Within first 24h use, it ended/deleted 200 our listings.(Quantity went to 0, so the program deleted the listing). 200 of our long time listings, with 100+ sold on them. I immediately submitted a cancellation. Our account was cancelled, account did not work anymore. And 1 month after, they have taken another payment from our PayPal. They asked me to open a claim on PayPal, which they flighted against it, so we got nothing back. I keep asking my money back, but they are just avoiding contact - asking me to wait till Monday. I have waited 4 Mondays. We reported them to Trading Standards.

What where the positives?
Kartzhub is much easier to use than competitive products. There's almost no learning curve. You'll be up and running within an hour! I've been using Kartzhub since the middle of last year and continue to be impressed. It does a very good job managing our inventory on Amazon, eBay and Big Commerce and adding listings to eBay is pretty easy.

I feel like the software is powerful but some of the functions do not apply to us and that we can pay only for the functions we use.
Summary
The support is very fast is constantly providing good customer support for any issues that come up. We have also asked for support of things we were trying to do and they are very helpful. I would highly recommend using Kartzhub for your marketplace needs. We have been using Kartzhub for about 2 years now.

if you want to waste your money and time as well then you just use this software otherwise there is nothing to use you can't list any item easily, you can print order or label easily if you ask them that features does not work it take 30 days to resolve the issue and you can just pay them free of cost without using the software they denied to refund you money.

KartzHub is a good inventory and order management software that helps to manage the inventory and orders across all channels at a single location. We don’t have to keep track on our inventory. It provides daily report that helps us to take some valuable decisions about our business.The best part is that it’s so easy to list your multiple products on multiple marketplaces. Making changes is also an easy task when it comes to KartzHub platform. Import/export features are also fabulous. The multi-channel sync works really awesome. The other best part about kartzHub is the support and respect they give to their clients. Anytime I have query, they would help me to solve it, within no time.All in all, I am very much happy using this software.

I have tried this system but the quality of the system and customer service is very bad. There were problem from the start of the system. Could not control inventory properly, problem with order management as well. There was a issue with picking list which customer executive said he would fix it but he could not. The major problem was with the order management system and inventory control. It had printed a lot of orders without post code. We had sent 3 days post out on Monday as it was a busy day. Noticed on Tuesday that system is not printing the post code on the shipping label, which is crucial when it comes to deliver the item. I have contacted the company. They said they are fixing it but took another few days. There is no professionalism when it comes to service. I have received a lot of complaints from customers for non delivery and had to send a lot of refunds and replacements due to post code issue. 2nd issue with the inventory, system made the inventory 0 to my listings on the ebay and amazon. The number of sales reduced. When I have checked the system inventory, it shows the inventory listed on the system but do not pushed to the marketplace channels. As it was the first month, and I was entitled to cancel the service and get a refund., but they refused and kept saying that they would contact senior management about the request which they never did. If you want to control the inventory or looking for good order management system, look somewhere else.}:( It does not worth it. I wanted to put photos of the shipping labels which shows the addresses without postcode but did not find a link to upload it. I would not recommend it.
