AVOID!!!!!!!

The system doesn't work as expected and when we cancelled our account they chased us for the montly subscription for 3 months that we did not even use the system. Doesn't do all of the things they say and the feeds never work correctly. Takes ages to get a responce via support tickets. more

Multichannel ecommerce solution ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces has announced an expanded strategic alliance to support Google Shopping Actions.

Announced this March, Shopping Actions provides customers an easy way to shop for products across Google platforms, including Google.com and the Google Assistant. Whether they're on mobile, desktop or using a Google Home device, customers have access to a shareable list, universal shopping cart and instant checkout – allowing them to seamlessly turn browsing into buying.

"Consumers today expect frictionless, seamless, personalized shopping experiences everywhere they shop – online, on the go, and increasingly with digital assistants like Google Home. In fact, 44% of consumers who use voice-activated speakers say they use it to order groceries and household items at least once a week. Shopping Actions helps retailers deliver a seamless and personalized end-to-end shopping experience by making it simpler for users to buy products across Google's surfaces at the exact moment of shopping inspiration. We want to make it as easy as possible for all retailers to join the program and are excited to be working with ChannelAdvisor to make this a reality," says Daniel Alegre, President Retail, Shopping and Payments.

With the addition of Shopping Actions support to ChannelAdvisor's suite of Google retail solutions, brands and retailers can now leverage the power of the ChannelAdvisor platform to list, manage, promote, and sell their products across Google's platforms.

Ecommerce software provider ChannelAdvisor has been invited to join Amazon's new Marketplace Developer Council.

Multichannel ecommerce solution ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces now supports rule-based automatic repricing for eBay sellers.

The eBay repricing feature is similar to that offered by ChannelAdvisor for Amazon. Sellers also can specify one or more listings IDs to reprice against to stay competitively priced against similar products.

Other improvements in the latest update include:

  • A new widget showing active product returns by current status
  • Support for Amazon Sponsored Products for sellers on Amazon Canada, India, and Mexico
  • Enhanced inline and bulk editing using business rules

Ecommerce software company ChannelAdvisor will be holding its annual Catalyst Europe conference in London on 9th May.

Every year, Catalyst Europe provides a learning and peer-to-peer experience for companies looking to excel in ecommerce.

Multichannel ecommerce software company ChannelAdvisor has acquired ecommerce fulfillment software company HubLogix.

HubLogix is a fulfillment and logistics platform that automates order management by connecting online storefronts and marketplaces to distribution and fulfillment centers.

"Earlier this year we announced the launch of our Fulfillment Network and our dedication to helping our customers streamline their logistics and provide the best customer experience down to the last mile. This acquisition provides us the technology and expertise to further enhance our fulfillment offering and capabilities," said David Spitz, ChannelAdvisor CEO. "We've worked with HubLogix for years and have always been impressed with the team's knowledge of the space and the value they provide. As part of its platform's fulfillment automation capabilities, HubLogix has developed a network of more than 150 fulfillment partners to allow sellers to work efficiently with their vendors and third-party logistics partners. With the acquisition of HubLogix, ChannelAdvisor strengthens its product suite with the addition of fulfillment automation, while also adding a talented team of distribution, fulfillment and supply chain domain experts to the organization.

The new widgets include:

Multichannel management solution ChannelAdvisor has a new partnership with eBay.

ChannelAdvisor announced earlier that year that it was the first ecommerce solution provider to support eBay Promoted Listings, a new advertising program for sellers to promote listings on a cost-per-sale model. ChannelAdvisor also recently released algorithmic repricing for eBay. The repricer helps sellers stay competitive by improving the chance of winning top placement while maximizing profit margin through machine learning and real-time analytics.

Multichannel management solution ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces has added the ability for sellers to drop ship orders from Amazon first-party sales.

ChannelAdvisor also now supports drop shipping for orders from Jet.com and Overstock.

ChannelAdvisor announced support for Amazon Vendor Central purchase orders, and drop ship orders, at the Catalyst Americas conference in March this year.

The new support for Amazon Vendor Central orders is currently in limited availability.

Multichannel management solution ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces now supports international marketplace Fruugo.

When a retailer lists on Fruugo, their products can go live on up to 32 different country-specific versions of the Fruugo site, using 17 different languages and 21 different currencies. Each country site is fully localized to the customer in terms of language, currency, payment method, product availability, shipping and pricing. Shoppers have the ability to add multiple products into their Fruugo shopping cart from multiple retailers, even if the retailers are based in different countries.
